* Facilitated Service Quality for offshore and inland well cementing services for four locations in Texas and Louisiana.
* Coordinated recurrence prevention activities for both internal and external quality problems.
* Managed responsibility for developing design standards and supervising implementation of quality control systems.
* Conducted annual three-day refresher workshops for field employees that focused on problem areas and how to overcome them.

* Created portable laboratory to be used on location when blending special cement systems. Rather than sending samples to the lab after each blend for testing, this can now be done on site. Reduced downtime by 75%.

Field Engineer - Well Cementing Services 1998 - 2001
* Designed cementing jobs for oil and gas wells offshore using Schlumberger design software and input from other operators. Output consisted of expected pressures, safe rates to pump cement to avoid blowouts or fracturing formation in both tabular and graphical form providing all information needed to perform good quality and safety operations.
* Designed special systems to combat specific well problems such as salt formations, high-pressure/high temperature formation and deepwater conditions.
* Supervised well cementing jobs in the field and audited jobs for quality and safety.
* Participated in a best practices project in well cementing affecting the results of well logging and methods to combat those problems. Initial phase of project saved a client $250,000 in remedial work and won the ¡* Performed by Schlumberger¡¨ bronze award becoming part of Schlumberger's marketing plan and creating new and similar plans in other fields.
* Generated fourth highest revenue in 2000 -2001.
