Region Engineer Primarily focus on well completion, stimulation, and optimization. Design fracture treatments, cement completions, acidizing, and all completion methods. Provide some reservoir engineering and recommendation to customer base to include pressure transient analysis and drainage trends in different fields. Conduct research analysis for best possible completion methods for wells in regional fields. Provide sound research data and technical presentations to customers looking to optimize production from wells. Advise on proper treatments for optimal production. Supervise field completions to ensure engineering recommendations are carried to best possible practices. Engage in regional training for engineers in the districts. Conduct research and write technical papers for both National Association for Corrosion Engineers and Society of Petroleum Engineers.

District Engineer 75% of work time is designated to district wide sales pre-engineering, process design, and project operational support. Focused primarily on the utility industry to include critical, supercritical, and cogeneration units. Measured processes and developed BPI (Better Process Improvements) by conducting time studies and re-engineering procedures and equipment. Maintained EBIT of greater than 20 percent through problem solving and engineering out-of-scope work. Maintained budget for branch and increased revenue during turnaround projects.
