Experiences and Qualifications
§ Project Management
Have been involved in project development for oil and gas industries such as refinery, oil and gas facilities, oil distribution terminals, power plant and others, dealing with principals, process licensors, establishing project schedule, budget/cash flow, manpower and equipment resources planning. Review client specifications, drawings and document and ensure the requirement defined is incorporated in the works and the responsibilities allocated under the project quality system and understood and implemented. Identify engineering problems, propose solutions and expedite client agreement where necessary to ensure minimal disruption to the progress of the works, familiar with certification requirements.
§ Administration and Contracting.
Familiar with words processors and spreadsheets such as Word Windows, Lotus 123, Lotus Notes and Excel in making progress reports, manpower lists and schedules, inspection records, employee assignment status, etc.
Familiar with filing system of project files, project standards and specifications, third party contract, service work orders, materials requisitions. materials transfers, purchase orders, manufacturers data's, approved vendor lists and approved bidder lists. Familiar with bid proposals evaluations, bids opening and bid scoring evaluation process and familiar with project meeting, kick-off meeting, weekly staffs meeting, manpower and budget forecasts, projects schedules and projects cost estimate, project planning and controls.
§ Quality Management and ISO Quality Standards
Quality System.
Monitor Contractor’s implementation of its quality control program in accordance with the Contract requirements. Verify that construction, procurement, installation, and activation tasks are performed in accordance with the Contract. Verify that materials furnished by the
Contractor are in compliance with applicable project and contract documents. Monitor Contractor's performance of all contractually required on and off-site testing of materials, components, and systems. Verify Contractor's implementation of approved plans and procedures. Provide technical support and policy guidance to QC Chiefs and Lead
Inspectors. Assign, direct, train and assist inspectors. Review and approve Contractor Quality Control Plans and Procedures. Review and approve Contractor Quality Control Inspectors and Inspection Instructions. Review and approve Contractor Construction Work Plans. Ensure consistent interpretation and application of Quality Control requirements. Ensure conformance to contract requirements. Monitor the Safety Certification Program to ensure timely and consistent compliance with program requirements. Ensure contract work conforms with contract plans and specifications. Oversee verification testing program.
Have been involved in planning of quality assurance and quality control programs as per ISO 9000 (9001/9002) and ISO 14001 standards in reviewing and approved RPQ, Purchase Orders, materials verification, shop/yard fabrication, onshore construction activities and offshore installation to provide adequate confidence the products, services and workmanship related to fabrication and construction industry are satisfied to given requirements for quality such project procedures, specifications, and applicable standards such as ASME, ANSI, API, AWS, ASTM, NACE, NEC, TEMA, UL, AISC and others.
* Quality Plan.
Have been involved in preparing Project Quality Planning/Project Management Plan, Quality Manual Fabrication, assess inspection agencies and inspector such as: Moody, MEI, ETRS etc, setting out, monitoring, reviewing the specific quality practices, resources, and sequences of activities relevant to a particular product, service, project or contract such as NDT plan, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP), Factory Acceptance Test Plan, issuing NCR’s etc.
* Quality Audit and Vendor Survey.
Have been involved with audits, assessment, review and approved MDR of various manufacturing plants for various products and services such as valves manufacturing, valves repair, gasket, bolts and nuts, pressure gauges, anodes, various types of line pipes productions (such as ERW, and Spiral pipes), various types of pipe corrosion coatings (such as enamel, concrete, FBE and tuboscope coat system), steel slabs and plates, pumps, pressure vessels fabrication shops (Separators, Scrubbers, KO Drum, Flash Drum, Heater, S&T Heat Exchangers, Printed Circuit H/E, Slug Catchers, Launchers and Receivers, Surge Vessel etc) yards fabrication, offshore installation vessels and barges etc. in Indonesia and other countries.

* Process
Have been involved in engineering design of process piping and related codes and standards in pipe fittings rating, materials standards, piping hydrotests, pressure vessels design, welding codes and standards, piping and pipeline sizing related to flow rate and pressure drops, oil pumps sizing and horse powers, compressors sizing and horse powers, orifice flow metering, positive displacement / turbine metering, gas and oil flow calculations, control and pressure relief valves sizing. Have been involved with oil and gas operation in pre-commissioning, commissioning and start-up, purging and testing, water displacing of compressor and gas plants and oil facilities such as block stations, manifolds, gathering and flow stations, compressor stations, and tank farms.
* Instrumentation
Have been witnessing and inspecting pneumatic instruments calibration, installation and functional tests such as temperatures, pressures, differential pressure, flow and level recorders, controllers and transmitters in close loop and open loop systems of compressor station, flow stations, gas process plants, gathering stations and metering stations. Familiar with electronic transmitters, transponders, telemetering and telecontrols, local, remote and interlock system in control panels and junction boxes.
* Electrical
Have been witnessing, inspecting and testing high voltage to low voltage electrical power distribution installation, control and distribution panels, contactors, relays, busbars, circuit breakers, switch gears, motors, lighting and air-condition and H.V.A.C system units. Familiar with the installation of under ground power cables, control, communication and fiber optic cables, electrical conduits and fittings, cathodic protection onshore and offshore pipelines, lightning protector and lightning preventer.
* Welding and NDT
Have been witnessing and inspecting welding techniques and welding process such as SMAW, SAW, TIG, MIG, CAD, and FCAW. Familiar with Welding Procedures and Qualifications and with Non Destructive Examination and Mechanical Testing related to oil industries standards such as API, ASME, ANSI, ASTM, AWS and British Standards. Have been involved with developing, reviewing and approving WPS and PQR in structural, piping and pressure vessel fabrication with Indonesian government officials such as Depnaker and Migas.
* Offshore Construction
Have been supervising and inspecting offshore installation procedures in pipeline surveys, construction barges positioning, anchors handling, barges ballasting, heavy lifting, pile driving sequence with blow counts and piles penetration. Have been involved with offshore soil boring operation in drilling, ship positioning, taking soil samples, drop core sampling, soil types and its bearing capacities for pile penetration design purpose.

Have been supervising installation of pipeline above and underground with river crossing, channel crossing, main road and railway crossings in onshore pipeline including clearing, grubbing, grading and trenching. Familiar with offshore pipeline installation with pipelaying barges in installing pipelines and risers, diving operation in pipe clamps installation, subsea flanges hydrotighting, valve guards installation, pipelaying stinger configuration, sub-sea pipeline crossing and sandbagging,

Have been involved with all stages of soil investigations, in-situ testing, lab testing and engineering, water well study, excavation works such as land clearing, land surveying, land slope and elevation grading, road grading, runway and taxiways grading, land compacting, de-watering, trenching and drain canal excavating.

Have been involved with foundation works in compacting, pile driving in blow counts related to penetration and bearing capacity, piles cut-off, pile load test and steel reinforcements.
Have been involved with concrete works in installing form works, concrete design mix, concrete pouring, grouting, cements mortars, concrete curing and concrete strength break test in 7 days, 14 days and 28 days, material quality tests on bagged or bulk cements, water pH contents, sand silt content and aggregate density tests.

Have been involved with bituminous paving in hot mixing, soil cement, bituminous laying, hot and cold rolling and compacting and macadam paving.
