M/s. TEPE Construction Ankara, Turkey has been enthrusted the responsibilitiy of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) activities of 4 nos. Pump Station and one Intermediate Pigging Station for the Transportation of Crude Oil via. Baku-Tblisli-Ceyhan Pipeline of M/s. BP across 1080 KM stretch of Turkish territory of BTC Pipeline. Pump stations are situated at higher altitude and as high as 2600Mtrs from MSL and average dia. of Pipeline is 42". Pump Stations are designed to function normally even in the extreme climatic condition of -40¢XC.
Nature of Work:
* Working as Production Specialist(Site Manager) Production Coordinator(from May 2005 to March 2006) and looking in to various Fabrications(Piping,tanks &steel strl), QA/QC and Inspection activities for 5 stations Piping, Tanks & Steel structurals & Erection of piping & Equipments.
* Presently working as mechanical Incharge for Pumping Station(PT1) from March2006 onwards

Nature of Work:
* Worked as Sr.Pipeline Engineer(As Section Manager) worked in the Mechanical Department and was leading a team of pipeline Engineers & QA/QC Engineers for above Project.

M/S. Sudelettra Nigeria Ltd, Nigeria has been enthrusted the responsibilitiy of Engineering, Procurement and Construction (EPC) activities of Multistage Turbo Compresser for Ebocha oil station. Enhancing of Oil& Gas Plant capacity by providing Multistage Turbo Compresser. Low pressure Gas which is going to flare is recollected at separators out lets & send to Multi Stage Turbo Compresser( Primery Stage & Secondary Stage) for pressure enhancement. And after transported to Gas plant storage Tanks through underground Pipeline of 20" Size (20KM) for further Gas plant utilization.
In this expansion piping (one lakh), equipments, Pipeline (20" X20KM)& steel structurals (300MTS) EPC activities were carried out.
Nature of Work:

NATURE OF WORK:
As a Mechanical Engineer from EIL was looking after the Unit Piping / Mechanical works of the newly constructed Diesel Hydrogen De-sulfurisation(DHDS) Plant for M/S. Chennai Petroleum Corporation Limited, Chennai, Tamilnadu, India. Main units of the Complex are Hydrogen Unit, Diesel Unit, Sulfer recovery unit(SRU), Compresser House, Nitrogenplant, air compressers, Waste treatment plant. These Plants consisting of about 6 lakh Inch Diameter welding, about 120 Equipments (Exchangers, Storage vessels, Pumps, heaters, columns. Reactors etc), Storage Facilities viz. Storage Tanks (cap. 32,000 Cu. M each), Associated Piping up to and including Piping for Hydrocarbon(Diesel), Compressor House and Integrated Offsite Facilities viz. * Laying of Natural Gas pipeline (18" P/LX19KM) from Take-off point to NFCL.
