I have 8 years of experience at RASLANUF OIL AND GAS PROCESSING COMPANY which included:
I have spent one year in the Ethylene plant as instrument technician and was involved in major overhaul of the ethylene plant which lasted 60 days (plant capacity ****** tons a year).
I work as instrument technician in precommissioning and commissioning of Two new air sepration plants by LINDE CO. which included loop tests, troubleshooting, start up and daily maintenance and overhaul dealing with (PLC) control system from SIMENS STEP 5 (155U) NITROGEN PLANT total capacity 6.000 cu m/hr of gas and 600 cu m/hr of liquid.
Also working as instrument technician in precommissioning and commissioning of a new desalination plant by (ANSALDO ITALIA SPA CO.) which included loop tests troubleshooting and startup dealing with PLC (control system from SIMENS S5-115U).
Also working as instrument technician in Utility, Steam and power generation plants which included:
1.Daily maintenance, overhaul revamping jobs in BOILERS total capacity 1500 cu m/hr steam.
2 Daily maintenance, overhaul of DESALINATION PLANTS total capacity 1250 cu m/hr of desalinated water.
3.Daily maintenance, overhaul of INSTRUMENT AIR COMPRESSOR AND AIR DRYER total capacity 25000 cu m/hr of dried air.
4.Daily maintenance, overhaul of POWER GENERATION CONDENSING TURBINES total capacity 120 mega watts, and NON CODENSING TURBINES total capacity 75 mega watts.
