* Checking vendor documents like, Inspection and Test Plan, NDE procedure, Weld Books(WPS&PQR), Material certificates, PWHT, PMI, Hydro test Procedures,PMI for Pressure vessels, Cladded vessels, Column, Air cooler, Shell and Tube heat exchanger, welded and seam less pipe, valves fabricated items and various skid mounted packages.
* Participation in vendor evaluation and assessment before awarding the contract.
* In depth knowledge in welding, material properties and heat treatment characterstics
* Participation in Pre Inspection Meeting at various vendor locations
* Coordination with Third Party agency and review/commenting the inspection reports and Release note.* Stage inspection and final inspection as per Inspection and test plan.
* Visited GMMOS,FAB TECH in Dubai, ADYARD in Abu Dhabi, and OFMECO MONTOVA in Italy for stage inspection.* Coordination with Client for technical discussion on Quality related documents and document approval.
