2. ZADCO facilities upgrade Project –Project Value U.S $ 950 Thousand, with change orders worth 150 thousand and prepared claim against ZADCO for U.S $ 550 thousand, which ZADCO agreed in principle. (Completed)

3. White Rose Turret for SBM – IMODCO, Project Value 10.5 Million, Additional Change Orders Accepted- 4.5 million. (Completed)

4. 42" Sub Sea Pipe Line Project in Lavan Island involves pipe Pulling up to 4 Km from shore up to the PLEM with IOOC, Project Value U.S $ 12.5 million including Change Orders. (Completed) Claim against IOOC for 10 million submitted.

5. Refurbishment and Installation of Calm Buoy at Lavan Island with IOOC, Project Value – U.S $ 6 million including Change Orders. (Completed)

6. GPC & PIDEC as consortium partners executing Kharg Island Gas Gathering and NGL recovery Project, EPC contract with IOOC, Engineer - Technip Abu Dhabi, Project Value U.S $ 83 million (ongoing project, with expected completion by March 2007).Currently accomplished Change Orders worth U.S $ 6 million by GPC and U.S $ 7 million by PIDEC. Project includes engineering, procurement, Fabrication and Installation of two Platforms one each for Aboozar and Bahregansar with Jackets and Piles.

7. QPD Full Field Development Project, EPC Contract with two well head platforms, one production platform, one Gas Injection Platform and one accommodation platform, including jackets and piles, Engineer- W.S Atkins, Project Value 35 million, with additional Change Orders worth U.S $ 4.5 million. Successfully involved in procurement worth 15 million for commercial evaluation and preparation of sub-contracts and letter of intents. Currently project is in the Commissioning Phase.

8. Supply of Inlet and Out fall Pipes to Interbeton for Qalhat LNG project, Project Value – U.S $ 1.5 million, Additional change Orders accepted – U.S $ 245 Thousand. (Completed)

9. Fabrication of Jacket and Piles for L&T, India for Bunduq Offshore Project, Project Value – U.S $ 1.35 million, Change Orders Accepted – U.S $ 750 Thousand. (Completed)

10. Fabrication of Monopod Platform for Clough Engineering, Australia, for ONGC India, All Materials free issued by Clough, Project Value - U.S $ 2.40 million (Ongoing)

11. 12" Pipe Line Project from Hendijan to Bahregan District with IOOC, Project Value – U.S $ 5.8 million, EPC Pipe Pulling Contract, Engineer - M/s Pegasus Iran, (Ongoing)

12. Four (4) nos. Evaporators for DOOSAN, All Materials Free Issue by DOOSAN, Project Value - 18 million. (GSME Job Ongoing)

13. Four (4) nos. Evaporators for Fisia, Project Value - 24 million. (GSME Job Ongoing)

14. Vessel Fabrication for Multiplex-Degremont - Australia – 1.52 Million, 4-Diverter Dumpers for Kaefer Raco, Evaporators for Weir (GSME Job, Ongoing)

15. Platforms for KBR, 11000 tons Fabrication, Project 40 Million, Pre- agreement made. Awaiting Final Award

16.15 RTG Cranes for Marport, Turkey, Project Value-18 Million, (IMAC Job Ongoing) and 12 Nos Stock RTGs for Gulf Port Crane Division, IMCC Group.

Nature of duties performed
1. Review Contract Terms and Conditions during Bid Stage, Negotiate and finalize the terms and Conditions of Main Contract with Client assessing risks to IMCC group.

2. Prepare Sub-Contracts including work packages, Sub-Contract Clarification, Negotiate and agree with Sub-contractors the terms and conditions of Sub-Contract.

3. Prepare Commercial Evaluation, Award works package to Vendors through Letter of Intent incorporating all relevant technical and commercial clarification.

4. Follow up with Vendors for Bonds and Guarantees, Scrutinize and approve Sub-Contractors invoice.

5. Prepare Contractual letters to Client, Contractual Correspondence with Vendors, Discuss and agree commercial issues amicably etc

6. Follow up with IMCC procurement department for issuance of Purchase Orders through SAP system.

7. Prepare and negotiate claims with Client, Prepare change orders with all relevant backups and negotiate with Client, Submit new prices for approval etc, Attend commercial meetings etc.

8. Preparation Delay claims to client including causes, effects and cost due to delays attributable to Client, Acceleration claims etc.

9. Release Purchase Requisition and Purchase Orders in SAP system, Analyze Project Cost in the SAP system and advise management of project budget cost over runs.

10. Prepare budget supplement in SAP in co-ordination with Project Manager.

11. Prepare monthly progress invoice with back up.

12. Prepare Project Budget, Cash inflow Vs Outflow Curve for Management.

13. Liaise with insurance brokers to ensure compliance with insurance requirements of the project.

14. Finalize the re-measure quantities and get approval from client for re-measure contracts.

15. Floating enquiry and arrange Barges and Tugs for various projects. Agree on the Charter party Agreement.

16. Arrange marine warranty surveyor for various projects and internal marine movements

17. Preparation of Enquiries for Special Material Supply and negotiate with suppliers etc
