Preparing design calculations of Storage tanks using A.P.I. 650. & A.P.I 620.
Preparing Engineering drawing, Fabrication Drawing, Engineering Specification of Pressure vessels, Reactors, Storage tanks, Heat Exchangers.
Preparing Engineering specification of equipment, like plate type exchangers, Surface condenser and column Internal like bubble cap trays, sieve trays.
Preparing wt. calculation and loading data.

Checking and correcting vendor fabrication drawing, conducting Technical discussion and meeting with vendor.

Client: Petrochemical Industrial Co. Shuaiba, Kuwait
Worked as an assigned Engineer for the project 100000 TPA Poly Propylene plant for detailing of 52 equipments including four high pressure reactors (80 kg/cm2 at a temp. of 340OC)
Exchangers with cyclic loading and storage tanks of Dia 17 Mts. with supporting structured cone roof.
Modification of equipment layout, preparing draft of piping planning drawing, Piping layout drawing, Isometric drawings.
Client: Rayong olefins Co. Ltd., Thailand.
Worked for their 1350 TPD Ethylene Plant. Participated in detailing of 134 vessels including high pressure reactors, huge no. of heat exchangers, pressure vessels with duplex material, nonferrous material, L.P.G. storage tank, Low temp. vessels.
Client: Chambal Fertilizers & Chemicals.
Participated for 2000 TPD AMMONIA plant at Kota, India for detailing of 153 vessels like low temp. vessels, High temp. heat exchangers with expansion bellow. Experience in B.L.C type high-pressure heat exchanger design.

Worked for their refinery project as an assigned engineer. I prepared proposal & bid evaluation for nearly 275 equipments at the same time I was guiding my subordinates for this project
