SUMMARY OF EXPERIENCE
Quality control and Quality assurance in electrical and instrumentation at petrochemical complexes. Work with the ISO 9001 system requirements.Development of need based QCP and ITP system as per the project requirement. Validation of electrical and instrument populated database and review the database against project drawings and construction and allocation of QC forms requirments. Due to the specific location local govt.of Kazakhstan, ACTs requirements are developed in compliance with the requirements of regulatory authorities. A system of monitoring the compliance with the Acts is maintained and monitored simultaneously with the ITRs and the progress of construction jobs. Supervise and monitor and lead a team of electrical and instrument inspectors and fulfill the certification documentation needs. Liaison with client's engineers and inspectors Ensure the department is functioning in parallel with construction and all QCPs and ITP systems are being used.Monitor Inspection Activities and progressive completion of documentions and system handovers.
Electrical LV swichgear, CT/PT design and development. Testing and approvals by standards laboratory for product brand approvals and registration. Quality control and routine and type testing and clients approvals. Development of new product registration and setting up of new industrial unit and market development. Estimation and tendering of electrical and instrumentation constructions.
