El-Sharara Oil field / Libya:
* In a company new to MAXIMO maintenance management software with very few users trying it out I participated on a full/part time basis in the setup of MAXIMO database for the Instruments & General Maintenance depts. by creating and inputting equipment tags, locations, spare parts, and scheduled preventive maintenance.
* Reprogrammed the Allen Bradley PLC in the water treatment pump booster unit so as to run two Jockey and three Booster pumps on an automated rotational duty basis totally doing without operator intervention. The resulting unit operation had optimized pump running hours and duty cycles that saved the company maintenance costs.
* Reprogrammed Schiele PLCs controlling the various field oil pumps so as to solve operational problems and improve operation efficiency.

* Designed and installed the water heating instrument and control system of the HVAC unit.
