* Hawiyah Gas plant expansion project, Saudi Arabian Oil Company: Gas inlet separation, sweetening, dehydration, dew point control, compression and support equipment is installed to increase the gas processing capacity of Hawaiyah
Gas Plant by 851 MMSCFD. As a result, the total HGP processing capacity will increase to 2553 MMSCFD.
* Deputed to Hawiyah ( Saudi Aramco site), Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for five months (20th April 2009 – 19th sept 2009)
to resolve piping and support related issues in facilities like Gas treating, sour water stripping, condensate stabilization,
Gas dehydration/dew point control, Sales gas compression and sulphur recovery.
* Weekly meetings with Sinopec and Saudi aramco to track the progress and resolving pre-commissioning issues.
* Close-out of construction punchlists, review of hydrotest packages for support and piping related issues.
* Ensuring that the engineering design is as per ASME, API and Saudi Aramco engineering specifications.
* Hydro processing project, Khabarovsk refinery: It is $800 million deal to upgrade Khabarovsk refinery in the
Far East of Russia. The deal involves design, delivery and construction of a hydrocracking unit at the refinery. Construction will allow to produce 1.5 million tonnes of low-sulphur diesel and kerosene. The plant's overall output will increase to 4.5
million tonnes from the current 3.4 million.
* Involved in stress analysis and support design for critical piping systems connected to reactors, exchangers, pumps and strippers in ARU, SRU and SWS Unit.
* Analysis of Jacketed piping systems.
* Preparation of Piperack and process unit loadings for civil.
* Saih Rawl Depleition Compression Project, PDO: Installation of four Depletion compressors trains upstream of existing Gas processing trains as per ASME codes & Shell design engineering procedures to boost the pressure of incoming gas so that CPP can continue to process wet gas from Saih Rawl wells and maintain its gas export capacity.
* Development of piping stress procedures and critical line list.
* Analysis of piping systems connected to compressor, air coolers, separators, static Mixer, flare tie-ins, north & south manifold.
* Preparation of civil loadings data for entire SRDC compression plant like NS, EW Piperack, process areas (chiller, separator, compressor, static mixer), 32 inch flare line's trestles, 48" suction manifolds, 28" line from north manifold,
30" line from south manifold, 48" line to separators.
* Prepared special pipe support sketches and getting it drafted from the designers.
