EDUCATIONAL QUALIFICATION:
Bachelor of Engineering (Mechanical discipline)

EXPERIENCE:
Total of 14 Years of Experience in Air separation Units.
Since 1992 to till Date in different capacities of A.S.U.
From February 2004 to till date in Carbon Dioxide Plant also.
From Feb 2004 to till date: Plant Manager, Roham Gas, Tehran, Iran.
Over all head of Operation and Maintenance of 65
T.P.D Air Separation Unit (40 tones Oxygen, 25 tones Nitrogen), 24 T.P.D Carbon Dioxide Unit and Transport tanks over haul.

The following are the responsibilities:
1) Supervising of Engineers, Shift In charges, and day to day activities of the Air separation unit and Carbon Dioxide plant
2) Up grading of the plant(ASU) and trouble shooting of Air separation unit and Carbon
Dioxide plant. Up grading the plant to enhance the production levels up to 90 T.P.D
(40 tones Oxygen and 50 tones Nitrogen) by installing the second nitrogen booster compressor and liquefier.
3) Generating of parts listing, Customer status report, and work orders listing.
4) Out door projects like purging systems to Gas compressors stations, rolling mills, and supplies.
5) Over hauling and repairs of the Cryogenic transport tanks- Supervision, material listings, repairs and to keep the damaged tanks ready for use after repair.
6) Ensuring of timely – weekly and monthly invoicing.
7) Generating reports of the Air separation Unit, CO2 plant and transport tanks.
8) Interacting with personnel and their issues and making reports for the personnel performance, and discipline.
9) Day to Day interaction with chairman and sales department for smooth running of the plant and dispatches.

From Nov 1995 to Jan 2004: Deputy Manager,
Goyal MG Gases Pvt. Ltd., New Delhi.
Joined in Goyal MG Gases as a Shift Engineer and became Deputy Manager, Operation and Maintenance of 125 T.P.D Air Separation Unit (85 tones of LO2, 40 tons of LN2)
The following major activities were carrir=ed out.
1) This Plant was earlier equipped with Air fin inter stage coolers, later on converted in to water coolers as the performance of the air fin coolers had gone bad.
2) This plant was earlier equipped with Freon chilling system and later on converted in
Ammonia chilling system for better performance.
3) Attended Major shut downs due to the Problem in Nitrogen Purity – Found leakage from
Air path to Nitrogen path in Main Exchanger, attended with the help of Norton Cryogenic, France
4) Attended and removed the physical blockage in Nitrogen Recycle Exchanger, with the help of Norton Cryogenic, France
5) Involved in the erection and commissioning of the Plant in 1995
6) Transferred to Asansol Unit in April 2001 as a Deputy Manager for 70 TPD Gas Oxygen plant and operated on BOO basis for supplying Oxygen to Indian Iron and Steel Company.

From July 1994 to Nov 1995: Shift Engineer, tech Gas Equipments Pvt ltd, Alwar,
Rajastan, India
Involved in the erection and commissioning of 100 T.P.D, Air Separation Plant at Alwar, Rajasthan, India and later on became Shift Engineer for Operation of the Plant.
1) Changed the old Ammonia system with new System as the old ones was of complicated pipe line and the operation was of complicated.

From Sept 1992 to July 1994: Engineer,
Bharat Heavy Plate and Vessels Ltd., Visakhapatnam
1) Involved in Erection and commissioning of the 200 T.P.D Oxygen Plant at M.I.D.C,
Kurkubh, Maharastra, India.
2) Involved in erection and commissioning of the 180 T.P.D. Oxygen Plants- 2No's at
Rourkela steel Plant, Rourkela,Orissa, India.

From 1990 to 1992: Worked as Trainee Engineer in India forge and Drop stampings Limited, Madras.
