* Environmental pollution monitoring and assessment.
* Stack emission monitoring and gaseous analysis.(i.e. SPM, Sox, Nox,O2 & CO2.)
* Ambient air Quality monitoring and gaseous analysis. (i.e. SPM, Sox, Nox & CO.)
* Sound level monitoring of all sections.
* Water quality analysis.
* Bag filter Audit with outside agency.
* Energy Audit with NCBM team.
* Working with outside agency (RRL, Bhopal, Vimta Labs,) for C-EIA report.
* Operating all types of Pollution monitoring equipment. (i.e. High Volume Sampler, Respirable dust sampler, Personal dust sampler, CO analyser,O2 & CO2 gas analyzer, Stack monitoring kit, Velocity measurement kit, Pitot-tube, U-tube manometer, Digital manometer, pH meter, Wind monitor, Anemometer, Sound level meter, Spectrophotometer, etc)

RESPONSIBILITIES:
* Responsible for entire Process monitoring, Trouble Shooting/ Rectification or modification for optimum Production in each section.
* Controlling Pollution levels of entire plant which includes Stack Monitoring and Ambient Air monitoring.
* Ensuring efficient operation of Pollution Control Equipment's by periodic inspection.
* Sends all mandatory reports for C.G. Pollution Control Board and Central Pollution Control Board.
* Prepares all documents related to EMS (ISO 14001), OHSAS (18001).
* Involvements in Audit of EMS & OHSAS.
* Also have experince in liasion with various Government agencies like State Pollution control Board and Central Pollution Control Board.
* Coordinates with other departments regarding process and pollution problems as when required.
* Coordinating service engineers of other companies as and when they visit for rectification of pollution problems.
* Study of existing Pollution control system & Implementation desired modifications to improve Environmental performance.
* Study to reduce fugitive emission inside the plant.
* Involvement for making EIA/EMP for Mining lease area, Power plant and existing Cement plant with different consultant like B.S. Envitech, Hyderabad, Environ lab, Hyderabad, Innovative Orbit, Bhopal, Vimta lab, Hyderabad etc

TRAINING:
* Short course programme on Stack and Ambient Air monitoring & modeling by Envirotech pvt limited at Raipur.
* Computer training in Ms-Word, Ms Excel, Power Point, Power builder.
* Supervisory Skill & Self Development program.
