MARK RESOURCES CORPORATION, Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania

Manager of Engineering and Operations / Director of Gas Marketing - October 1988 to December 1993
I planned and implemented the drilling, completion, and production operations (Drilling Programs - 50+ Wells Per Year; 600+ Producing Wells). I performed the engineering for all corporate technical operations and projects including cementing and stimulation design, facilities design (compression, dehydration, and production equipment), and pipeline design. I provided workover and well testing procedures as required. I performed economic evaluations and reserve reports for all corporate wells. I became the coordinator of the Company's Gas Marketing efforts including negotiations with Pipeline Companies and industrial end-users.

Upon receiving a promotion and transfer, I supervised work performed by company engineers, technicians, field foremen and production clerks. I prepared the District's annual capital and operating budgets complete with production and revenue forecasts. I coordinated drilling, completion, and production operations in Ohio, Pennsylvania, New York, Tennessee, and offshore Ontario, Canada.

Senior Production Engineer, The Woodlands, Texas - February 1980 to March 1981
I designed massive hydraulic fracture treatments for new wells (treatment costs in excess of $1.0 million) in East Texas and Louisiana. I prepared and implemented deep well (12,000+ feet) completion procedures including casing and cementing design, perforation selection, producing string and packer assembly design and well testing. I designed procedures and performed economic analyses for workovers.

Reason for Change: Closure of the Columbus Office during an industry downturn in the late 1980's

Production Engineer III - February 1977 to February 1980
I supervised drilling and completion operations including completion design for all Pennsylvania wells (50+ wells per year). I planned and supervised the drilling and workovers of gas storage wells in existing storage fields with delivery capabilities in excess of 70 Mmcfd at 3,500 psi reservoir pressure. I supervised plug-backs of deep wells and up-hole recompletions and plugging of non-producing wells.

Significant Achievement:
* Joined the Company upon graduation as an Engineer I; Was assigned full responsibility of Pennsylvania operations within one month; Was promoted to Engineer III within three years (Company "guideline" required eight years of experience for the level of promotion)

Reason for Change: The Company de-emphasized drilling and focused on their utility division
