RECENT MAJOR PROJECTS:
Vincent FPSO: 100mmscfd, 160,000b/d FPSO, to be located offshore NE Australia. Front end study. I was responsible for gas treating and the flare system. Client was Maersk.

Conn Creek Gas Treating: FEED package on 300 gpm amine (aMDEA) unit, complete with cost estimate. I was lead process engineer, responsible for engineering and proposal. Client was OXY USA.

Pacific Gas Whiskey Slough Dehydration: Two large (40 gpm) TEG Regen units, sent FOB to California. I was lead process engineer, responsible for FEED package work, including HAZOP. Client was Pacific Gas. Fast track design.

Sulfur Recovery Unit, Sinclair Refinery. FEED design on a 12t/d Claus unit for Oklahoma. I was responsible for the process design, as well as the detailed cost estimate. Client was Sinclair.

Alvheim Project: 125 mmscf/d, 120,000b/d FPSO, located in the North Sea, designed to NORSOK standards. Detailed engineering. I was responsible for gas processing, and also did a debottlenecking study on the facility as a followup project. Client was Marathon

Chigwell Plant Relocation. Relocation of existing 10 mmscf/d gas refrigeration and condensate stabilization unit, for Apache Canada.

El Wastani Phase III Turboexpander Facility: Engineering study and detailed cost estimate for a 160 mmscf/d cryogenic facility utilizing SCORE process. Facility included inlet stabilization, molecular sieve dehydration, turboexpander, and liquid fractionation. Client was WASCO.

Hamburg Gas Plant Performance Test. Performance test on a 40mmscf/d gas refrigeration and condensate stabilization plant in northern Alberta. Client was Apache Canada.

Logan Wash Gas Treating: 190 gpm amine unit, turnkey installed facility, Colarado. I was lead process engineer, responsible for the process design of the entire facility, including amine unit, dehydration unit, and associated utilities. The detailed design, installation, and startup of this facility was completed in 5 months (very fast track). Client was Encana.

Madisonville Gas Plant Expansion: Expansion of existing facililty for removal of H2S and CO2 (amine unit), and N2 (Mehir NRU). I was lead process engineer. Client was Gateway.

Athabasca Oilsands Hydrogen Manufacturing Unit. Largest hydrogen facility ever built, located at Fort Saskatchewan, Alberta. I was responsible for hydraulics calculation, the line list, and heat exchangers. Client was Shell.

Syncude Diesel Production: 5000 b\d diesel plant, producing 40 cetane diesel, to be installed at Fort McMurry Canada, as part of the Oilsands Development Project. I was responsible for FEED package work.

Bass Striat Gas Treating: Gas field development project, offshore Australia. I was responsible for the centrifugal compressor reconfiguration. Client was Esso.

Ladyfern Gas Production: Reconfiguration and rewheeling of existing centrifugal compressor for increased gas flow, up to 160mmscf/d. Client was Apache Canada.

Bergesen Propane Butane Splitter: 12000 b/d propane butane splitter for a FPSO. FEED package and cost estimate. Offshore design.
