ƒæ Well Familiar with Latest Versions of Auto CAD, such as R. 2008, R. 2007, R. 2006 & Mechanical Desktop (MDT), Auto CAD Mech. 2004, Bentley Auto Plant Design 2004, Plant Space Design Series (PSDS), CADWorks Plant Professional 2005, CADPIPE, MECH-Q, Primavera 3.1, M.S Office & Power Point, Basic Knowledge in Microstation & PDS (Plant Design System) etc.

ƒæ Hands on experience in detailed Engineering Piping Design / Layout activities in preparation of General Arrangement Layouts & 3D Modeling in Auto Plant / PDS / PSDS based on P&ID¡¦s, Equipment layout, Plot Layout Plans, Preparation of Offshore Platform Piping, Jacket Piping, Preparation of Isometric Drawings based on Piping General Arrangement (GA) Drawings & Piping Specifications as per International Standards (American & European) Codes like ASME B31.3, B 31.4, API 5L & AWS D1.1 etc.

ƒæ To Assist the assigned personnel on developing their activities, Provide Technical assistance to Drafting team / Designers to solve possible discrepancies Drawings, Specifications, to ensure adequate flow of information within the drafting team & uniformity / Quality in design, drafting team & Checking Isometric Drawings etc.
ƒæ Preparation of Bill of Materials/ Quantities / Bulk MTO for Procurement, Tendering as per Specifications.

ƒæ Preparation of Piping Support Layouts, Support Detail drawings for Fabrication / Shop Drawings, Coordination with other related departments for preparation of drawings and execution at site, Visit to Site Survey & prepare the arrangement & isometric drawings based on site condition.

ƒæ Preparation of Cross Country pipelines Plan & profile / alignments drawings for various diameter's (up to 56¡¨) as per ASME B31.1, 31.4 & 31.8 etc & in plant piping Network detail drawings, Pumping Stations, pumping equipment detail drawings, Sectionalized Valve Chamber Details, Pig Launchers / receivers detail drawings etc.
ƒæ API Storage Tanks as per API650/620, ASME Coded Pressure Vessels, preparation of General arrangement & Nozzle detail Drawings, Shell development details, welding details, fabrication details of multi level plant structures Like Truss, Column, Purlin, Top / bottom Bracing, Sheets arrangement & Equipment operating platforms, Process Skids, Framing Plan, Detail and shop drawings, radial stairways, associated Piping / Equipment 3D Modeling using Auto Plant. Knowledge in AISC & other American, British, European & Indian Steel Structure design Codes etc.

ƒæ Preparation of Shop-drawings, identifying welding spool lengths, shop / field welds, preparation of cut-lists for Fabrication of welding spools etc.
ƒæ Good Experience in 3 Dimensional (3D) & Advanced in creations of drawings with XREF and OLE objects, importing / exporting drawings in various file formats (DXF, PDF, BMP etc.) for different software interfacing.
