LNG TERMINAL- Presently working as Project Manager for detailed Design & engineering, Procurement, Construction & Commissioning of a LNG Terminal for M/s Fluxys LNG, Zeebrugge, Belgium. The project is doubling the capacity of the existing facility from 3.36MMTPA to 6.72MMTPA which consists of one additional double containment tank of capacity 140000m3 & one additional train for vaporisation consisting of Recondenser, HP Pumps & Submerged combustion Vaporiser, BOG compressor & associate equipments. The project is under execution.
The job consists of detailed design & Engineering & 3D PDS modelling of a LNG terminal in Process, Piping, Equipments, Civil, Structural, Instrumentation & Electrical. PDS is used for 3D modelling, Smart Plant PID is used to generate PID.
Job Responsibility: Project Engineering Manager for the above.

A) Project Executed: FCC Gasoline Splitter- Detailed Design & engineering & 3D PDS Modelling of a grass root FCC Gasoline Splitter Unit for M/s Lion Oil, Arkansas, USA.The aim of the project is to split the lighter, lower sulfur portion from the heavy Naptha for feed design capacity of 14,000BPSD.
It consisted of New Gasoline Splitter Tower, exchangers, Overhead Condensers & Air coolers, Reflux drum & reflux pumps, splitter pumps, fired heater etc and associated piping, electrical, along with super structure & foundations etc.
Client: Lion Oil, Arkansas, USA
Job Responsibility: Project Manager for the above.
B) Project Executed: IRC Unit- Detailed Engineering & Design & 3D PDS Modelling of the grassroots "ISBL" area of a new Isoprene Distillation Column, Reboiler, Condensate pot, Air coolers, Reflux drum, feed/bottom exchanger & three sets of pumps as well as the associated interconnecting piping, structural steel, super structure, foundations & steam supply.
