PROJECT EXPERIENCE:
I have been involved from grass root level for setting up new project at VAM for VP Latex division. The work profile includes freezing of data sheets, P&ID diagrams, enquiry floating, techno-commercial discussions, preparing of Purchase order & work order, follow up with vendors, Installation and commissioning of field instruments and DeltaV DCS system, Optimization of critical plant parameters, designing safety instrumented systems & new control logic's for plant automation,.
In all above the maintenance work involves:
- Heading the instrument dept.
- Preventive maintenance planning and execution.
- Turn around planning and execution in liaison with operation & planning division and other govt. offices.
- Critical spares identifications, procurement and inspection
- Break down maintenance including emergency calls.
- Normal spares and consumables procurement and inspection.
- Day to day- Routine maintenance planning and execution in liaison with operation dept.
- Selecting the maintenance team to meet the need and challenges for the organization.
- To identify areas in plant where automation can be done with optimum utilization and benefits of available resources.
