I have been working at Total E&P Indonesie as a Well Service Supervisor since 1998 until March 2006 (supervise slickline, well testing and maintenance, electricline (perforation and logging), snubbing unit and coil tubing unit) and as a Contract Workover Barge supervisor (with workover RIG) at CNOOC SES

WORK EXPERIENCE:
1996 - 1998: TOTAL INDONESIE
Oil and Gas Company - Offshore <Swamp> - Drilling Department
Position: Well Service Supervisor Trainee
Worked as a drilling crew contractor to know the equipment & how its works at swamp barge RIG belong to APEXINDO group with capacity 3000 HP of Drawwork, worked as a crew with some well service such as slickline (Welltekindo), well testing (Dimas Utama), Perforation & logging (Schlumberger), Coil Tubing & Cementing (Dowell) and courses in office while off duty rotation.

1998 - 2004: TOTAL INDONESIE
Oil and Gas Company - Offshore <Swamp>
Position: Well Service Supervisor
I worked on gas and oil well producer with 2 7/8" - 5.5" tubing completion, 6500 psi WP of X-MASTREE at single or dual string completion. Incharge as supervisor at some operation bellow:
1. Coil tubing unit 1 ½" to 1 ¾"
Supervise the Coil Tubing job such as: Start up well, cement squeez, drill out cement, milling job, fishing and stimulation job (acidizing and chemical water shut off)
2. Snubbing unit 150 / 225
Supervise the Snubbing job such as: Remedial Cementing, Drill out cement, Sand Washing, Start up well, fishing and Gas lift Macaroni.
3. Electricline unit 0.233" cabel
Supervice the Electric Line job such as:
- Extreme Under Balance perforation (stackabel gun),
- 2 1/8" - 3 1/8" High Shot Density perforation,
- POT-C perforation for Dual String,
- Tubing Patch for mechanical water shut off and Bridge Plug,
- Cement dump bailer,
- Case hole logging.
4. Slick line unit 0.105" - 0.125" wire
Supervise the Slick line job such as: Routine DHSV replacement, Tubing Integrity, Zone Change, Mechanical plug, production logging and Slick line perforation.
5. Well Testing unit 1440 WP of separator
Supervise the testing job such as production test and offloading well.

2004 - March 2006: TOTAL INDONESIE
Oil and Gas Company - Offshore <Swamp>
Position: Senior Well Service Supervisor
Supervision: Slickline, Well testing and maintenance, Electricline (perforation and logging), Snubbing unit and Coiled Tubing unit.
- Prepare on all conditions and document prior to well service operation.
- Solve any problem appear during Well Service operation.
- Manage and coordinate Simultaneous Operation in term of safety, planning, efficiency, technical programs, daily program, and logistic.
- Liaise with all service company to evaluate the progress of Wireline Operation.
- Coordinate with other support department for the good condition of well location and succeeds of Wireline operation on going.
- Deal various tubing size started from 2-3/8" until 5.5" tubing, single and dual string, standard / monobore / tubingless completion with BAKER, OTIS, CAMCO, PETROLINE, and AVA product.

March 2006 - Now: CNOOC SES Ltd.
Oil and Gas Company - Offshore Drilling & Completion Department - Offshore
Position: Completion and Work Over Rig Supervisor - Barge Operation
Supervision: Direct supervisor at well site operations to conduct Well Completion, ESP Repair, Stimulation, Fracturing, Fishing job and work as part of drilling team with engineering support and materials and contracting personnel to implement well planning. Key objectives:
- Supervising completion job in combination of TCP underbalance perforation, Fract pack, and ESP completion.
- Supervising workover job: ESP repair, stimulation, and fracturing.
- Supervising fishing job at high-corossive fluid wells.
