* Project: Water Supply to Barka Wilayat

Brief Description of Project: The project aims at providing water to Barka area. The Water will be collected from 6 bore well and will be pumped to reservoir of 600 Cu.m capacity. From this reservoir the water will be pumped through horizontal split casing pumps to Barka reservoir. At Barka reservoir the split casing pumps in turn pump the water to three overhead reservoirs of capacity 1700 Cu.m, 250 Cu.m & 500 Cu.m. From overhead reservoirs the water is the supplied to various villages through gravity. The transmission line consists of Ductile Iron pipe ranging from 100mm to 500mm. The distribution network (Nearly 240 KM) consists of AC pipe ranging from 300mm to 500mm and HDPE line pf sizes varying from OD 110mm to 315mm.

Brief Description: The project consists of providing water to Jaalan Bani Bu Ali,Jaalan Bani Bu Hassan & Ashkaraa region. The project involves DN 400mm Ductile Iron transmission line of 6 KM and distribution line ( Nearly 258 KM) of HDPE for size varying from OD 110mm to 315mm.Further it involves constructing of 2400 Valve Chambers including chambers required for fire hydrants.

* Project: Extension of Water Supply Services to the Planned Areas in the Muscat Governorate - Bawsher Area

Brief Description: The project consists of transmission line of 6.54KM of 400mm Ductile Iron pipe. Construction of 300 numbers Valve Chambers and reservoir of capacity 8000 Cu.m. It also involves pumping Station where in the pump is used to pump water from existing reservoir to new reservoir. The distribution network (Nearly 78.7 KM) from reservoir of 8000 Cu. M capacity involves AC pipeline of size varying from 80mm to 500mm.

Apart from above project involves inter connecting Ductile Iron pipe work and control valves necessary for controlling the system.

Brief Description: The scope of work in brief comprises of infrastructure works, pipeline works both potable as well as waste water. Sewage pumping station has to be constructed to take care of the sewage within the estate premises. The potable pipeline comprises of HDPE line of size varying from OD 110mm to OD 280mm. The waste water line is of UPVC pipe of size varying from OD 200mm to OD 400mm.Construction of ground storage reservoir of 2000 Cu.m capacity.

* Project: Ras Laffan Pipeline & Associated Reservoirs ( Qatar)

Contracts Value: USD 15.87 Million.

Brief Description: The scope of work in brief comprises of connection of transmission pipeline to distribution pipeline involving construction of ground storage reservoirs of capacity 27000 Cu.m at different sites viz. Al Khor, Al Shanniya & Umm Slal. Apart from reservoirs the project also calls for building of pumping station with centrifugal pumps of variable speed drive and discharge capacity of 40- 80 liters/ Sec. The pipeline works involve diameter from 250mm to 700mm with flow control valves, float valves and flow meters at various point in the premises which finally supplies water to the distribution network. Elevated tanks and tanker filling station are provided at each site so as to provide water to near by areas where the distribution pipeline is not laid.

In continuation with the execution of above projects I my actively involved in submission of technical submittal in all respects which has helped the firm to bag certain projects.
