Job Responsibilities:

a) Testing and commissioning of Heating Ventilation Air-Conditioning (HVAC) controls equipment (Air Handling Units, Chillers, Cooling towers, Exhaust fans and Bleed fans etc).
b) Supervise the installation of field instruments e.g. Temperature, Pressure, Flow transmitters, DP switches, Damper actuators, cooling/heating control valves etc., panels interlock/field wiring, calibration of field devices and individual checking of all field instruments (Transmitting/Receiving signals) through controllers.
c) Software programming of the DDC controllers (standalone system) e.g. Dx-Controllers, VMA's, FCU's etc. and BMS computer system for the HVAC control.
d) Supervision of whole project until it was handed over to client.
e) During the maintenance job with Saudi Aramco. Software programming of Dx-Controllers, VMA's, FCU's etc. when ever require. Maintenance, Modification, Repair & Trouble shooting of all panel/field instruments which are involved in the Air Handling Units, Chillers, Cooling Towers, Exhaust Fans, Bleed fans etc. (Like Controllers, NCM (Network Control Module related with BMS system), Control Valves, Temperature Sensors, Pressure Transmitters, Pressure Switches, Flow Transmitters, Flow Switches, Fume Hood Controllers, Damper Actuators etc.) to keep the HVAC system smooth and trouble free.
