* Tasked to coordinate with and supervise sub-contractor field engineers in progress quantity surveying and recording the data into Bechtel's official progress database-TeamWorks.
* Tasked to supervise the project's CAD, PDS and SmartPlant operators.
* Tasked as the project's Intergraph SmartPlant training engineer.
* Designed the project's traceability database for critical piping materials (PMTS), document tracking system database (I-TRACK) and the project's MSDS database system (MSDS 1.0). Accorded excellent performance award on Dec 2006 for the development of the project's MSDS database system.

* TeamWorks data update for piping/spools construction progress.
* Resolved various conflicting design and construction issues with consortium partner, MHI.
* Developed and deployed AS-BUILT TRACKER, a VB/Access-based relational database management system to manage information vital in the resolutions of the various piping construction issues with MHI. The application was later incorporated into the project's Work Management System (WMS).
* Developed and deployed HANGER INDEX, a VB/SQL application that generated catalogues for all the pipe supports installed in the power plant.
* Developed and deployed HANGER RENAMER, a VBS-application that reformatted and standardized the electronic filenames of the 30000 pipe support drawings. Accorded ON-THE-SPOT-AWARD for the cost and time-saving benefits of the application in Dec. 2004.
