Worked on DCS during the project phase and performed following responsibilities

During the plant erection and commission I was responsible of following activities as a QA & QC inspector to take over the charge from client Flour Arabia Ltd. and Toyo Company.

• Verification of the plant instrument Installation
• Provided the witness for Instrument loop check verification
• Provide witness for Interlock function test verification
• Verification of the all Quality verification documents
• Plant start up activities.
• After start up did the instrument maintenance activities
