Attend the weekly Project Progress and QC Meetings with primary concern related to the look-ahead schedules and quality related matters
Assessment of Contractor Quality Control System, Review of the Contractor's Quality Plan (QP),Contractor's construction and pre-commissioning phase Quality Plan, Inspection and Test Plans (ITPs), and also the Contractor's quality control documents and test results for conformance to project requirements,
Regular informal assessments (FOCUS assessments) as per ISO-9001-2000 of selected elements / processes of the Contractor Quality System. Assessments for the construction and pre-commissioning phases and follow-up on Corrective Action Requests (CARs) generated by these assessments. Project Quality Index assessment is done every month, for the assessment of Contractor's quality performance rating, with ref to ISO-9001-2000 and with ref to schedule Q of the Contract.
Witness of inspection activities, related to materials, welding, painting / coating, hydrostatic testing/Pneumatic testing and Hot Tap activities. Surveillance & regular Inspection results, concerns, pro active notifications and violations if any, are recorded in electronic logbook.
