• Utilized the above mentioned database combined with over 6000 Km of seismic data to evaluate the coastal basins of Gabon, Congo, and Angola. Resulted in high-graded areas of interest for future bidding considerations in all three countries.
• Evaluated concessions for potential ARCO participation in Argentina, Guyana, Surinam, Brazil, Malta, and many West African countries resulting in positive geological and geophysical recommendations for 8 concessions in Argentina, Guyana, Gabon, Congo, and Angola.
• Directed interpretation by a team of geophysicists on 1988 Nile Delta (Egypt Bid Round), resulting in ARCO obtaining two concessions.
• Mapped and/or evaluated prospects in many concessions leading to recommendations to drill, acquire, or reject offer; depending on the situation.

SELF EMPLOYED, Bakersfield, California March 1986 - July 1988
International Contract Geophysicist / Explorationist

Data used was from many countries including: Indonesia, Egypt, Gabon, Congo, and Malta.
Professional Accomplishments:
• Performed geophysical bid round evaluations for Malta and Gulf of Suez (Egypt) in 1988 for ARCO resulting in positive recommendations for the Gulf of Suez area.
• Performed geophysical and geological evaluation of the Kayes onshore (Congo) for Hamilton Oil, Resulting in Hamilton and partners submitting bids for two blocks in the Congo onshore.
• Provided an integrated geological and geophysical evaluation of a non-operated concession in Indonesia for Hamilton Oil resulting in their ability to better evaluate future seismic and drilling recommendations proposed by the operator.
• Provided seismic acquisition parameters for three very successful speculative seismic surveys in onshore California; and supervised the crew start-up for one of the surveys.
• Supervised the start-up of seismic operations representing the non-operating for the second seismic survey on an offshore block in Indonesia, after the first survey was a total failure due to the operator accepting a sub-standard crew to perform the survey.

for correlating well logs, and integrating these data into the seismic data to generate drillable prospects and play-trend maps.
Professional Accomplishments:
• Evaluated all seismic in the office and selected well data to generate areas of interest and prospects in the Stevens Sands and Vedder Sands of the Bakersfield Arch, developing several new areas of interest. Recommended and obtained approval to shoot 75 miles of highly selective seismic in difficult
to operate areas that had not been shot before for these leads. Contracted the crew and supervised the acquisition and processing of the data.
