I am completely confident to work on Oil & Gas, LNG, Petrochemicals, Refineries, Power Plants, Housing Project, Commercial Center, Highway and Hotels as well as completely understanding international codes and standards including methods regarding fabrication and mechanical maintenance jobs.
I am familiar to work following by QC and HSE instruction and procedures; I am able to catch the required progress and job targets; able to manage independently a large work force, liaising with Clients and able to solve any kind of trouble-shootings on live as well as under-construction projects.

Civil Supervisor/Inspector (Client position) for the construction of 1300k MTA Ethylene Plant. The Project consist in a realization of ethylene facilities as furnaces, various storage tanks (ethane, ethylene, quench water, desalinated water etc), pipe racks (concrete & steel structure), water treatment area, substations, control room, hydrogenation area, culverts & bridges, roads, etc. The EPC Contractor is Technip France. Q Chem (joint venture between Qatar Petroleum, Chevron Phillips Chemical and Total) award the contract. Value $ 1600 million.

Isle of Grain, Kent (UK) – Grain LNG Storage Facility Expansion Project
Civil Superintendent managing the construction of N. 3 LNG Tanks, each capacity 190.000 m3 and Process Area. The works includes site preparation, piling work (1.566 piles per tank), infrastructures, pipeline 12" and 18", used prestressing and slipform technology, buildings, QC inspection, concrete repairs, etc. The Joint Venture between Balfour Beatty / NCC was the Civil Contractor. LNG Grain awards the contract. Value $ 550 million.

Construction Superintendent and HSE Coordinator (Client position) for civil and mechanical activities: construction of Condensate Storage Tank (100.000 cum), pipe way, pipelines 12" (inside plant) and 30" from desert to the plant, erection of Pipe rack, piping tie-in, Sub Stations, construction of Metering Station. Realization of Single Point Mooring. Approval of Safety Plan. Bentini was the EPC Contractor. AGIP OIL is award the contract. Value $ 900 million.

Al Ruwais (UAE) – Unlead Gasoline / Low Sulphur Gas Oil Project
Jetty Superintendent / HSE Supervisor. Supervising the civil-mechanical activities, harbour concrete, quay walls, insulation work, installation of equipments, inspection and quality control of Off Site Loading Facilities and New Berth inside the Ruwais Refinery. The works also included sleepers, steel structures and piping 2", 16" & 18" (pre-fabrication & erection). Able to managing the piping tie-ins and gave HSE support for the covered activities. TAKREER award the contract. Value $ 480 million.

Ras Laffan (QATAR), Ras Laffan LNG Onshore Expansion Project - Train 3
Civil Superintendent for the construction activities: Utilities, Facilities, 12"-32" and 82" pipelines, LNG Storage Tank, Roads Crossing, Condensate Tank, Sea Water Intake, Outfall, Pipe Racks, Slug Catchers, Piling Work, Installation of mechanical equipments, Instrument and Electrical Trenches. During the Project acted also as HSE supervisor. CCC was the Civil/Mechanical Contractor. The project is under the management of Joint Venture between Chiyoda (Japan), Mitsui (Japan) and Snamprogetti. Ras Gas NLG awards the contract. Value $ 2 billion.

Bonny Island (NIGERIA), Additional Fuel Gas Facilities - SHELL Terminal
Port Harcourt (NIGERIA), Prefabrication Yard
Site Construction Manager / HSE Coordinator for the construction activities of the "Additional Fuel Gas Facilities" within the SHELL Terminal in Bonny Island. The project included also the revamping of the OLOMA Flow station, the 6" delivery pipeline in the terminal area, ND 4" delivery pipeline, in duplex, from Oloma Flow station to the Terminal (10 km), the Terminal Export Pump House and Fire Pump House Re-habilitation. The above activities included civil works, steel structural works, insulation and electrical works. My duty covered also, environmental system, logistic support, the personnel control, materials procurement, land and marine transport, subcontractor's supervision and community's relations. Life Camp and yard have been constructed under my supervision, while I was responsible for the camp management. Micheletti was the Civil/Mechanical Contractor. The contract was awarded by SPDC (Shell Petroleum Development Company of Nigeria – Eastern Division). Value $ 80 million.

Bonny Island (NIGERIA), LNG Terminal – Residential Area
Infrastructure Superintendent – Planning and supervision for the construction of all the infrastructures (i.e. excavations, backfilling, drainages, underground ducts, electrical and telecommunication cables, roads, paving etc.) and their finishing. The residential area includes 375 bungalows, commercial centre, school, restaurant and canteens, helipad, lawn tennis courts, football field, swimming pools and other sport facilities, clinic, petrol station, electrical substations, guesthouse and golf course. Julius Berger was the Civil Contractor. The project was under the management of T.S.K.J., a Joint Venture of Technip (France), Snamprogetti, Kellog (USA) and JGC (Japan). Nigeria NLG awards the contract.

Construction Manager – Construction of a multi business center, including excavations, foundations, formworks, iron reinforcement, concrete structures casting, mechanical and electrical installations, road works. Contract awarded by Immobiliare.
At the same time followed the activities of the refurbishment of "Palazzo Cappi", under the management of the Ministry of Cultural and Environmental Assets. The existing palace was reverted into a new hotel.

Construction Manager – Planning and supervision for the excavation, formworks, reinforcement and concrete casting of the basements and plinths, steel structural works erection, sandblasting, preservation treatment, polyvinyl coating of the tanks and related piping installation. The activities required erection of high scaffolding and elevated working platforms. The project was completed with the support of the company "Didier Saurebau" from Konigswinter and three other local companies. Contract awarded by E.N.E.L.
