Major Project Leader.
Responsible for coordinating, managing and executing the ICO Project (Central-Western Interconnection). Engineering, Procurement and Planning for the construction of a 30", 300 Km. gas pipeline between Moron, Carabobo State and Rio Seco, Falcon State. Five consulting companies were involved for major projects with an executed budget of Bs. 6,000 million and future disbursements in the next three years of US$ 470 million.

January'02 – August'02 PDVSA Gas – Investment Projects.
Gas pipeline construction Leader.
Responsible for executing the construction of a 36", 33 Km. "Asapo Gas Pipeline" Loop, between Guico and Dacion Stations. The Project also included the construction of a new Receiving-Transferring Trap station and it was implemented through a combination of lump sum, unit price and reimbursable contracts, involving more than 40.000 man-hours and a capital budget of Bs. 3,000 million.

1984 – 1985. Workover Engineer for 15 wells with low or no production. Responsible for engineering in the execution of field work. Responsible for sand cementing, perforations, gravel pack, packers and iron plugs setting and completion operations, managing workers and supervising 8 hr. crews 21 x 7 days. No accidents reported.
