WORKING EXPERIENCES
Feb. 1999 ¡V present Production and Facility Engineer, at Engineering Department, PT. EXSPAN SUMATERA, Jakarta.
Main Responsibilities:
Handling crude oil production and optimization, pipeline and metering system operation and optimization, surface production facilities and supporting facilities design, operation and optimization, and field visit to give technical assistance and trouble-shooting. Develop and evaluate all chemicals used in daily operation process.
Accomplishment :
Improved Kaji Station power plant performance from 1,7 MW up to 2,9 MW total power produced by improving prime mover engines, Caterpillar G 3512 and 3516 TA 130 F SCAC, compression ratio and cooling system. Preventing company from purchased a new 1.2 MW genset unit and saving company money more than USD 500,000.
Increased total throughput production and pumping rate from Kaji Semoga Field from 45 MBO/d to 63 MBO/d by improving pipeline capacity with drag reducer chemicals injection. Allowing company to accelerate production and revenue and have more benefit from Domestic Market Obligation (DMO).
Given recommendation to solve pipeline / oil loss problem and save company money approximately USD 200,000 per year.
Current Assignment :
Involve in production facilities design and economical analysis calculation for new venture project and field development project.
Involve in gas lift design and installation for Kaji Semoga and Soka field.
Handling and responsible for drag reducer chemicals field trials, biddings, performance monitoring and evaluation, giving recommendation for optimum consumption, and maintain/keep stock available for daily operation.
Current Salary : Rp. 3,130,000 / month (gross)
Expected Salary : Rp. 3,000,000 / month (nett)
1997 ¡V 1998 Assistance to Lecturer at Mechanical Technology Laboratory, Trisakti University, Jakarta.

Giving assistance to the students how to handle and operate all machines in laboratory (i.e. lathe machine, milling machine, etc.), supervised and responsible for the safety along the practicum progress.
