Review and approval ofNDE procedure, Fabrication and Inspection procedure, Hydrotest, PWHT,PTC and other manufacturing procedures.
Review, Approval and Witnessing of WPS Qualification in accordance with AWS, ASME, API.
Witnessing Welder's/Welding operator's Qualification tests.
Responsible for Pre and Post order Quality related issues with Vendors.
Verification and Reviewing of Final documentation, Quality Dossier of Vendors in accordance with Project requirement.
Coordination with Clients, TPI, Certifying authority and Regulation authority.
Issue of Final Inspection release Notes.
Responsible for Plant Quality Audit at vendor's works and audit by client in accordance with ISO: 9001:2000.
