Since September till now, under supervision of VENDOR, I am involve in follow activities:
* Graduating different courses; safety rules, materials control and traceability, quality control, quality assurance, Confined Space Entry Permit, Permit to Work sustained by CCIC Training Department, CTJV and Qatar Gas
* Coordination of piping, Air Duct and Stack items transportation between General Warehouse to the position of each one in site(using trailers, wheels cranes, boom trucks, fork lift)following planning indications
* Arranging a quarantine area located in site and specialization of a small team for segregation of different types of materials (received from Italy), used for erection of six boilers, with the purpose to control all materials coming from Italy with Packing Lists and to avoid any possibility of mixture with outher materials.
* Initialization of different types of permits (Confined Space Entry Permit, Man Basket Permit, Hot Work Permit, Gratings Removal Permit, Gas Cylinders Transportation) in order to respect the requirements of safety rules.
* Overall Supervision of including such as:
HSE, House Keeping, Piping Prefabrication including Pipe Supports, Piping
Installation including Pipe Supports, Spool Piece Control, Check and Monitor
Tools, Equipment, and Welding Consumables, Check and Monitor
* Performing daily tool-box with topics including technical and safety procedures complete approved by CTJV and Qatar Gas.
* Preservation, Pipe Internal Cleaning
* Schedule Monitoring for: Man-power Mobilization, Construction Equipment,
Welding Dia-inch, No of Spools, and Pipe Supports.
* Pipe Internal Inspection Witness for Large bore Piping
* Check if the latest Construction Drawings are Used
* Consult Engineering problem with Engineering Departement
* Check and Consult Spool Delivery at Site
* Check Work Front and Coordinate with Other Disciplines (Civil,Painting,Electrical grounding)
* Request Scaffolding Installation
* Aproval request for different Work Permit
* Erection of steel structures ( small platforms, leaders and steel structure supports), ASME piping and Non-ASME piping (large bore), segments of Air Duct necessary for piping erection, Silencers, Burners(under and with help of KOCH CHEMICAL TECHNOLOGY GROUP supervision),steam tracing pipe and Stack assembly.
* Inspections of the spools, dimensional, parallelism and flange alignment in accordance with piping isometrics.
* Fabrication preassembly of pipe using isometric drawings following material prescriptions punched or tagged on each spool (no. of drawing, no of sheet and quality of material ;Lalloy, Carbon Steel, NICE Carbon Steel, LTCS, Stainless Steel, Cooper, Galvanize).
* Erection pipe assembly fabricated using cranes, chain-blocks and lever-blocks and finalizes boiler lines with field weldings.
* Under VENDOR supervision, elaborating solutions for different modifications required by the steps of pipe and structure erection.
* Installation of specials devices: rupture disc; restricted orifice; water level indicators; sight glasses; gauges used in exploitation of boilers.
* Installation of different types of valves (ball valves, safety valves, check valves, globe valves, diaphragm valves (pressure relief valve), gate valves).
* Fabrication, solutions for different modifications and directly erection of different piping supports
* Check Flange Alignment of Rotating Equipment
* Check internal grinding of welding route of flanges for Restricted Orifices
* Using general plans, line list,bills of material, valve list and under Vendor supervision finalize complete erection of small-bore piping lines with field routed supports.
* Togheter with Engineering Departement and Q.C. Departement elaborating As-built small-bore piping drawings with welding map and field routed supports location using general plans provided by Macchi
* Perform Piping Line Check and initialization of preliminary punch list
* Follow Up of Punch Work following to kill A1 punch items for lines included in hidro testing and A1 and A2 punch items for lines under visual test
* Prepare Daily and weekly Report regarding of piping erection evolution and hidro test preparation
* Consult Punch work with CTJV Supervisor
* Perform Official Line Check
* Perform Back Check of Punch Work
* Check and Ensure Piping Test Preparation is Properly Made(test limits are box-up with temporary gasckets,original stud bolts and nuts are properly tighted,check valve or any outher manual vave connected by flange and included in test it is fixed with original gasckets color code already marked)
* Check and Review of Test Packs initial prepared following to have include all documents required by procedures(Internal grinding of welding route for restricted orifice's flange report,Stud bolts tightening report,Isometric Control Sheet,last revision of Hidro Test Flow Chart,Cleaning Report for Piping Spools)
* Coordinate and Consult with Other Discipline (Calibration Team, Pre-Comission Team,Civil Team) concerning in Testing
* Witness of Piping Pressure Test
* Check and Ensure Piping Flushing and Blowing Preparation is Properly Made
* Coordinate and Consult with Other Discipline concerning Piping Flushing and Blowing
* Perform Piping Reinstatement Work and Checking following last revision drawings and color cod for permanent gasckets, bolt and nuts
* Attend Daily and Regular Meeting about LNG general progress
2.September 2004 -August 2006: exploitation experience as an employee of CNE-PROD
Nuclear Power Plant Unit 1 Cernavoda
Mechanical engineer in Piping and Metallic Structures Design Department. In this period I was implicated in follow activities:
* Graduating different courses; safety, materials, quality control, technology of welding, nuclear power plant systems, initialization in operation of a nuclear power plant, piping technical design, initialization in ASME Code.
* Working in an engineering team who recorded date directly from field (sketches and measurements) for situations who become non conformance with good functions of Cernavoda Unit 1 Nuclear Power Plant especially for nuclear piping system.
* Giving some possible engineering solutions( based on these sketches and measurements, consulting experience of our partners(other nuclear power plants)and general codes: ASME,ASTM,DIN )for these situations who become non conformance with good functions of Cernavoda Unit 1 Nuclear Power Plant,
* Initialization of different engineering documents (DCN, MPA, DRP) with purpose to transmit these solutions to the team of calculation for stress analyses for final evaluation in order to optimized piping systems

* Fabrication and installing for spools using isometric drawings
* Inspections of the spools, dimensional, parallelism and flange alignment in accordance with piping isometrics. Pipe diameters (36¡¨-1/2¡¨ different materials: SS,CS)
