I have worked in various Mumbai high oil process platforms in TITAN section.TITAN means Telemetry Instrumentation Telecommunication in an Automated Network. Our job is to maintain a good communication between process platform and various unmanned platforms (wellhead platforms).
I am well experienced in maintenance jobs occur in unmanned platforms like checking and calibration of field instruments, Remote Telemetry Units (RTU), Radios, Solar panels, Charge controller, Batteries etc.Also have experience in cabling, Installing and commissioning of man Access Control Systems in offshore platforms and rigs.
In shutdown we used to recalibrate and reinstall almost every field instruments such as Transmitter's ( Pressure, Temperature, Differential pressure, Level ), RTD¡¦s, Thermocouples, Level switches, Pressure switches, Temperature switches, Control valves etc. We calibrate both level and interface level transmitter's using wet and dry leg application.
Presently working in KOC's North oil field Gas Booster Station BS-131. In BS-131 it has mainly 6 Nuvao Pignone Turbine Compressors with Mark 5 control system by GE. It has also Bently Nevada vibration monitoring and Fire and Gas system by Detronics and Sieger.It has HONEYWELL control system ( TPS) and FSC.Also. In shift duty we have to attend on call duty in Crude Gathering Centers, Pumping Stations, Water injection Facilities etc.Our team has indulged in start up of Compressors ( Instrument Air, Gas ), CRU's. Heaters and also fix problems in Deasalter, Separators, Booster Pumps etc.

Qualification P.D.C Passed with 44%
