Senior instrument technician and coach for a 1,000,000 barrel per day oil terminal. Duties include start up and commissioning of new production trains and developing CMMS maintenance programs for existing operating systems, while mentoring, training and evaluating local staff for eventual nationalization of the facility and pipelines utilizing the CMAS system.
* Western Libya gas project - Sabratha offshore platform Saipem 2004-05
Commissioning and start-up of a 2 train gas separation platform. Performed loop testing, control system logic testing and validation, fire and gas system testing as well as project completion database management utilizing WinPCS software.
* Atlantic LNG Expansion project - Trinidad, West Indies Bechtel International 2002-03
Commissioning and start-up of a 2 train LNG plant. Performed loop testing, control system logic testing and validation, fire and gas system testing as well as final punch list clearance and final handover to client.
* ADNOC Onshore gas Dev. Phase II - Habshan, Abu Dhabi-U.A.E. Technip, Middle East 2000-01
Commissioning and start-up of a 3 train gas separation plant. Performed loop testing, control system logic testing and validation, fire and gas system testing. Managed vendors for final site testing and commissioning of fired heaters, compressors, generators and chillers.

Technical services manager for maintenance program provider. Responsible for developing and implementing preventative and breakdown maintenance for the entire facility including all utilities plants. Hiring and training a local staff of over 90 employees.
* Combined Cycle power generation project – Saraburi, Thailand MMR Asia, Ltd 1997-98
Electrical/Instrument superintendent for a 110MW CCGT power plant. Responsible for installation and testing of all plant electrical and instrument control systems. Assisted plant operators in commissioning and start-up.
* UNOCAL Geothermal power project – West Java, Indonesia Fluor Daniel Int'l 1997
Instrument/Electrical field engineer for a 200MW geothermal power plant. Duties included resolving engineering and design problems and developing system status and turnover databases for client acceptance. Supervised engineering staff of 6 nationals and assisted loop checking and commissioning with plant operators.
