3.Inspection, supervision, erection of the process field instrument pre-commissioning according to the specified specification data sheet and P&ID.
4.Instuction, direction and guidelines to the calibration team to perform calibration of electronics and pneumatic instruments.
5.coordination with DCS vendor for making the logic of the plant.
6.Involved in the commissioning of the instruments and DCS, loop checking from field to the control room, signal checking of all

Nature of Work: -

1.Maintenance of telemetry and SCADA system and been worked on project temperature transmitter and Sensor (RTD) installation.
Have hand on experience of installation and calibration and trouble shooting of various transmitters viz, temperature(TT)pressure(PT)
differential pressure(DPT ),flow meter, totalizer. pneumatic controller,bordon's chart recorder of ROSEMOUNT smart series.

The SCADA system is divided into following three sections.

I - Telemetry and instrumentation section

1.Checking the status of RTU(remote telemetry unit).carrying out the preventive maintenance which involve at least following broad activities however the preventive maintenance shall cover all other activities which is not listed below but to make the RTU &
SCADA system fully operational with the help of test equipment and ensuring the RTU's proper grounding.
A.Checking and adjustment of power supply voltage
B.Checking digital input corresponding to the master unit
C.Checking analog input value with the help of test Equipment and ensuring proper RTU grounding.
2.Checking the TIJB for physical cable connection, checking status of zener barrier taking corrective /remedial action for proper function of telemetry system
3.Loop testing at TIJB towards field instrumentation side.
4.Checking the FJB for physical cable connection and taking corrective Action for the function of telemetry system.
5.Monitoring and checking status of following instruments(a set of instrument and in case of malfunctioning /nonfunctioning taking corrective action to make them operational (TT, PT, DPT, FT, SSV,
SSV, PS).
6.Checking status of PT (point/tubing and taking corrective action for monitoring proper previous value.)
7.Physical checking of solenoid valve for normal operation during remote well control testing and carry out corrective action incase of non functioning.
8. Calibration of TT, PT DFT, FT, DPT, pressure switches.

II- power system section

1.Measurement of voltages and charge current and taking corrective action for the optimum current level of solar panels.
2.checking the voltage across the SPV panel, charge controller and battery cell.
3.checking the status of the battery charger and charge controller measurement of voltage and current taking remedial action for the rectification /trouble shooting of module PCB.
4.checking voltage of battery/battery bank level and specific gravity of the electrolyte where ever required measurement of circuit voltage and charging current.
5.Checking status of TEG, checking voltage /load current checking output voltages of each module, checking air filter regulator and draining condensate, checking and adjusting fuel gas supply.

III-communication section
1.Checking of antenna structure, feed RG213 /RF cable of connection mounting accessories and rectification of problem for full function process platform.
2.Alignment of antenna/adjustment of RF signals for the optimum level with proper test equipment, for remote & process platform.
3.Preventive maintenance of Radio, checking of voltages and Tx/Rx level signal level &adjustment to optimum level through TTS remote.
4.Physical checking of Radio equipment (remote),checking power supply voltage of Radio, setting of power supply physical checking of Radio grounding, realignment of antenna (remote).
