THE TEAM PRIORITIZE WORK ACCORDING TO PAYBACK, RISK, BUDGETS, AND EQUIPMENT AVAILABILITY. THE LARGER TEAM INCLUDES GEOLOGISTS, GEOPHYSICISTS, AND RESERVOIR ENGINEERS WORKING TOGETHER TO OPTIMIZE PRODUCTION AND ULTIMATE RECOVERY FROM 24 PRODUCING WELLS TO MAXIMIZE VALUE ( WORKING ON ROTATIONAL BASED SCHEDULE - 35 DAYS ON/28 DAYS OFF)

ƒæ Work over programme preparation, cost estimation, tender review and preparation against job execution of 12 wells under caimpaign -4 thru hired rig services.

ƒæ Review of day to day correspondences on Well completion and production test/ well test requirements for 12 nos planned development wells to be drilled under drilling campaign phase -2
ƒæ Planning and well intervention programme preparation for testing of 5 nos of gas wells for production potential testing.
ƒæ Acid spotting job at KSG#12 for dislodging scale and thereafter reperforation and production testing.
ƒæ Preparation for matrix acid job by Halliburton on two wells.
ƒæ Water shut off and sand consolidation technique by IPR under review.
ƒæ Reperforation and production testing at KSG#11 and KSG#39
ƒæ Planning of SRP installation at KSG#39 and KSG#38 and job completion.
ƒæ Preparation and job execution of well tests( SBHP,FBHP, Build Up) at least four wells per month thru down hole guage as per monthly reservoir study plan and interpretation of well tests data in coordination with reservoir engineer.
ƒæ Budget and revised budget preparation of production department for 2006-2007, 2007-2008 and 2008-2009.
ƒæ Production optimization of all SRP wells thru echo meter and dynamometer study as per monthly job schedule.

ƒæ Review correspondences from HO and prepare reply regarding daily field activity and material needs to run the project.
ƒæ Programme initiation for revamping & up gradation of OCS, CTT, FWCS, Sludge disposal system and follow up correspondences related to procurement of Emulsion Treater and Three phase separator

RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE:

Monitoring production activities, analyzing production data to verify compliance with forecasts and to propose the necessary actions in order to meet production target and ensure a cost effective reservoir management.

Identifying & analyzing sick wells and defining completion and work-over programs and requirements to maximize production ensuring technical quality and cost effectiveness of the solution adopted.

Analyzing and interpreting the acquired Bottom hole pressure data to get the reservoir parameters like permeability, skin effect, well bore condition and optimize production. Prepare program to conduct bottom hole pressure survey and bottom hole sampling operations at site.
Provide proposals and engineered plans for the stimulation, perforating, installation of artificial lift to increase production from existing wells and shut in wells.
Analyzing and reviewing individual well performance before and after various operations like perforation extension, work over, solvent stimulation, matrix acidization etc.
Collaborating with Reservoir and Exploration team to define objectives of well testing and data collection for exploration, development, and production wells proposing the techniques and the equipment to be used ensuring completeness of information and cost control.
Collaborating with drilling and operation teams to propose development wells completion design.
Collaborating with drilling and operation teams to introduce new technology to improve the well design/ artificial lift in order to maximise the field recovery and improve the economics.
Study wells for sand control needs and prepare /review proposals for sand control/management solutions.
Prepare proposal note for work over job, stimulation job etc and recommend prospect interval for perforation / reperforation needs to enhance the productivity of the well..
Review and check up of reports like daily field report, daily production report, weekly report, monthly report, DGH report, monthly production-reconciliation report and being Mine Manager of Kharsang oilfield project conduct monthly safety meeting to ensure compliance of all statutory requirements as per latest HSE guidelines, OMR, DGH/ OISD, state APPCB guidelines.
Develop year wise activity plan, Budget proposals to achieve target production. Generating cost estimates for future operations, budgets and current field operations AFEs.
Being Production-Head Prepares and controls budgets for the Production Departments. Initiates and maintains various service contracts relating to drilling, work over, and well maintenance operations. Reviews and endorses technical; specifications, standards, and other requirements for the contracts. Inspects drilling/workover rigs, equipment, and personnel upon initial mobilization and periodically to ensure conformity to requirements. Directs and controls procurement and stock inventory of materials and supplies.
Preparing and reviewing technical specifications and scopes of work for equipment to be tendered and services for completion, work over, wire line and well testing operations.
