* In Karachaganak project I have faced a challenging material selection procedure (in co-operation with Seal vendors) due to high H2S and low temperature services. This challenge has made a valuable experience on material selection for Nonmetallic sealing systems (O-ring Elastomers) for valves.
* Exotic materials (stainless steel, Nickel alloys, and Cobalt alloys as per NACE MR-0175/ISO 15156).
* Different types of CRA weld over lay and hard facing materials (like Tungsten carbide, Stellite 6).

Due to my experiences on Ball valves, Butterfly valve & Exotic material from the last two projects I have been assigned as ¡* Technical specialist¡¨ in the mentioned fields in piping department for all current projects in Petrofac - Sharjah office (UAE).

During Khauther gas processing plant project (PDO, Oman) I achieved a solid background in piping material as per Shell DEP. requirements.

In KOC project I was dealing with piping systems subjected to dynamic loading such as, flow lines subjected to slug flow and compressor piping. besides I was working on large diameter 42¡¨ and thin wall thickness (D/T>100) tank vapor recovery lines which is out of the scope of ASME B31.3 APP. D
I am quite familiar with piping stress analysis requirements of process piping code (ASME B31.3),as well as WRC 107 & WRC 297, and different static and rotary equipment piping requirements as per API 610, API 619, API 617, API 661, API 650,.etc.
