-Performed extensive literature search and review.
-Conducted feasibility and process validation studies for new process.
-Simulated and Sized designs given by GTI using Simulators.
-Optimized and developed ways for minimum utility consumption.
-Performed profitability analysis for the new process and compared it with the best available cryogenic processes.
-Paper to be submitted for publication after thesis approval.

-Acetylene/ Vinyl Chloride recovery in HCl Absorbing Scrubber. Savings: 74000 $/Yr.
-Development of Emergency handling & DCS control system for Vinyl Chloride manufacturing Process.
