JOB DESCRIPTION:
Preparation of technical data for the bought out items based on the process inputs.
Organizing the techno commercial negotiation and finalizing the bought out products, after the technical & commercial evaluation of the bids.
Technical discussion with the client and other departments of the organization.
Coordinating the shipment activities.
Responsible for the timely execution of the project, as planning by the team is critical to ensure that all tasks are completed on time, within the budget, to quality requirements and the satisfaction of stakeholders and sponsors.
Attending site meetings and coordinating the site activities.

ACHIEVEMENTS:

Promoted as Project Manager in December 2006, to be youngest PM in the organization.
Executed the Basic and detailed Engineering in correspondence with our Italian Counterparts as well took the responsibility as a Project Manager for the First Fatty Acid Distillation Plant of Desmet India, for a prestigious Indian Client.
Handled 10 EXPORT & 3 INDIAN Projects of refineries with the Plant capacities varying from 50 TPD to 800 TPD with project cost ranging from Rs.2 Million USD to Rs. 10 Million USD.
Handled 1st Indian - 300 TPD Bio-Diesel Project, value of 60 Crores INR. The Bio-Diesel Plant is under pre-commissioning activity and is scheduled to be commissioned in few days.
Handled Projects for European Countries, which needed PED Certification.
Handled Projects for Russian Country where the GOST – R documentation is involved.

SITE EXPOSURE:

Spent more than 4 months at site coordinating site erection and commissioning activities for 1500TPD refinery Complex.
Good knowledge of pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
Successfully Commissioned 200 TPD fully automated Refinery (Bleaching and Deodorization).
Exposure to Bio-diesel plant during the commissioning in Malaysia.
