Onshore reception, gas treatment and export plant of 2 billion standard cubic feet per day. My role involves confirming the commission of all safety systems as per design specification, monitoring the commissioning and performance tests for Firewater system and fire & gas systems, updating the QRA study for SIMOPS phase, managing HAZOP and SIL review meetings, monitoring flare gas emissions during Start-up phase, carry out Risk Assessments and reviewing and updating the Safety design documents.

EPC Project to expend the capacity of Jamnagar Refinery to 1.2 Million Barrels per day. My role involved managing a team of 10 Process Safety Engineers to produce Safety Engineering deliverables which included Firewater systems, Hazops, SIL, Fire & Gas detection systems, Safety Equipments and Fireproofing.

EPC project to build gas plant at Habshan – United Arab Emirates to process gas from Thamama 'F' reservoir. My responsibilities included facilitating and issuing HAZOPs, developing Fire Protection & Safety Equipment layout drawings, issuing MTO for Fire & Safety Equipment, issuing Safety Integrity Levels (SILs) reports for all units of the facility, Developing Reliability & Availability Study of the facility and reviewing Hazardous Area Classification drawings.

FEED project to build a GTL plant in Qatar, the plant is set to produce
140,000 barrels/d of GTL in addition to Naphtha and Gasoil. I was part of the
Process engineering team on NGL Extraction & Fractionation unit, my responsibilities included updating Equipment Data Requisition Sheet for Heat Exchangers and carrying out Hydraulic Calculations for pipeline sizing.

Dragon LNG Import Terminal, Wales - UK
EPC project to build an LNG import terminal in Wales, The terminal has a nominal send-out capacity of 505 t/h of natural gas to the National Transmission System. I was part of the HSE discipline for the project and was responsible for specifying, Hazardous Area Classification, Passive Fire Protection, Working Environment, Escape Route and Evacuation, Emissions and Effluents for the facility at Basic Design Phase of the project. The role involved used Shell FRED software.

Statoil contracted a study to MWKL to investigate the implication of reducing the landing pressure at Åsgard pipeline at Kårstø Gas Plant, Norway. I was involved in reviewing the Feed Reception modifications for Firewater, Noise and Fire Protection.
