Responsibilities:

* Preparation of Integrated Master Schedules – Creating Master Resource Code Dictionary with productivity, Activity Code Dictionary, Calendars, Resource Curves, Resource Calendars incorporating all Sub-contractors schedule and company Schedules requirement for coding System. Modifying each Sub-contractor schedule dictionaries with Master Schedule Dictionary System. Assigning all types of Codes for each Sub-contractor Schedule Activities through Global Change. Creating Activity ID System common to each Schedule in Master Schedule. Creating Sub-Project IDs to each sub-contractor schedule in Master Schedule. Having Activity ID Mapping System in between Master and each Sub-contractor Schedules to handle the Sub-contract schedules quickly. Creating Inter-Project Links in between each Schedule in Integrated Schedule and incorporating Client Contractual Milestones in Integrated Schedule. To maintain Consistency in between Sub-projects keeping Data Date same in all Sub-contractor Schedules.
* Periodically revising IFC Dates for Drawings, ETA Dates for Materials, Work Volume as per Design Changes and Procurement status in Master Schedule
* Engineering-Having Engineering knowledge about Equipment List, Piping Line List, Piping Tie-in List, Instrument List, Plot Plan Drawings, U/G System Drawings etc.

* Extracting Data from Level 4 Baseline and Current Schedules storing as Fragnets to create level 5 Schedule for particular Unit and analyzing the unit with co-coordinated project in order to avoid impact on other Client contracts
* Working in Stand alone Schedules to monitor the project effectively.
* Working Knowledge in Level-1(Client Master Schedule), Level 3, Level 3.5 Schedules, Milestone Schedules etc,
* Creating Tabular and Graphic Reports for Manpower Histograms and Quantity Histograms from P3 Files
* Progress Reporting - Preparation of Man-Hours(Budgeted Cost) Distribution Tables & Weight Factor Tables Overall, Sub-Project(Contract)-wise, Sub-contractor wise, Phase-wise, Discipline wise, Area wise, Unit wise (Process System), Sub-Unit wise. Preparation of Weekly, Monthly Planned & Actual S-Curves Distribution, Matrices & Histograms based on Man-Hours & Quantity(Work Volume) for Pipe Rack Foundation, Pipe Rack Pre-casting, Pipe Rack Columns & Moment Beams Erection, Equipment Installation, Steel Structure Installation, Piping Pre-Fabrication, Piping Erection on Pipe Rack, on Pipe Sleeper, around Equipment, Under Ground Piping, Piping Support Fabrication, Pipe Support Erection, U/G Piping Hydro-Testing and A/G Piping Hydro Testing, Electrical Cable Laying, Instrument Cable Laying etc. Responsible for the follow-up of Sub-contractor Working schedule, collection of Sub-Contractor Working Schedule and Progress information, Weight Factors Distribution categorized into Cost Weight Factor, Man-Hour Weight Factor, Quantity Weight Factor.
