Provided engineering and technical support required to license a 500 MW /1000MW combined cycle cogeneration plant in front of the California Energy Commission. The Application for Certification (AFC) is the comprehensive engineering and environmental assessment permit application submitted to CEC.

Process design/detailed engineering for petrochemical plant. Process simulations, front-end evaluations, PID s, hydraulics, and implant process support to client operations.
Lead engineer on field-testing and analysis for Westlakes Polymers, Lake Charles, LA. High-pressure LPDE compressors. Performed field-testing analysis on 40,000 PSIQ compressors, performance, vibrations, and cylinder run outs. Solved plant problem with compressors which underperformed since 1988 which increased production by 35%.
Lead engineer on process turnaround of Millennium Syngas waste heat boiler.
Evaluated relief valve modifications and fixed ASME Section 8, API-RP520 violations of inlet piping. Plant was restarted on schedule saving two weeks production downtime.
