EXPERIENCE
Is highly experience in new Instrument Technology. Work with HART Protocol Instrumentation since 1991 & Fieldbus Foundation equipment since 2004. Do like to test new Instrumentation but still keeping into the Standardization specifications of the plant. Go for new challenges on developing new control philosophies. Are committed to run a project or new development to get the best results.

Worked on Honeywell TDC 3000 DCS since 1991 and Honeywell Experion Process Control System since 2004. Has limited experience on Rockwell CLX PLC's. Also working on ABB and Ramsay Weighing Equipment. I am taking care of the Administration part (making & keeping back-ups, Software change control etc) on the above mentioned equipment on two Blast Furnaces & PCI Plant.

Working currently on Two Blast Furnaces & PCI plant at Mittalsteel SA. Was part of a project team working on three relines for the past 18 years. These projects consists of the following. Design, Planning, Engineering, Construction, Commissioning, Administration & handover to Line. Each reline timeline was ± 3 years 3-4 month of Construction & Commissioning included. I was picked as part of a two man team to do Engineering in Linz, Austria with VAI as the designers. (Blast Furnace C Reline. Time Line 12 mnths - 1995). Run projects as a Team Leader of value ± $2 mil for the past 10 years.

Do Advanced Maintenance on Instrumentation & Process Control equipment since 1991. Do Daily planning and ordering of Material & Spares on a SAP System. Taking care of retrieving Historian data from a Honeywell PHD system to analyze daily plant data (Events, Alarms & Process data).

Like to work closely with Production Engineers to design or redesign new or existing processes. Are interested to work with software models for processes (no experience yet). Are willing to expand my expertiece, especially in Instrumentation & Process Control.
