OBJECTIVE

WORK EXPERIENCE
I have worked with many reputed organizations in my carrier of 35 Years till date:
1) Working with RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED at its different sites since August 1985 till date.
* Worked in CP-7 Project (Fiber project of 240 MTPD) as a construction lead manager - mechanical handling planning & execution of piping & structural fabrication & erection, rotary & static (heavy equipment) equipment erection in ISBL and OSBL,
Dense phase conveying system.
In addition to above I was involved in following activities:
„« Detailed Engineering
„« Piping & equipment layouts finalization
„« Specification finalization
„« MTO preparation & material procurement
„« Commercial aspects with contractors & vendors
„« Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of the plant

* Installation of Thermax DOW heater of 10MBTU capacity having 57 meters stack height.

* Shifting of CP- 6 Plant (PSF plant of 90 MTPD) from TIFIL to Patalganga Complex, which includes following activities:
„« Dismantling of existing plant
„« Shifting to PG complex
„« Re-installation of the plant
The project was completed in just 130 days which includes shutdown at TIFIL, shifting to PG, installation in PG, & plant start up.

* CTA drier in PTA plant

* Heat recovery Unit in PX plant
*
* LPG project

* Revamping of POY (CP1, CP2, CP3, CP5) with 60 MPTD capacites each to increase the capacities to 100 MPTD. To minimize the revamping time, all the heavy equipments were installed first in the existing plant and then the shutdown was taken.

* Installation of APHS (make: Salmoragi, italy) to handle 300 tonnes of POY

* Worked in FDY Project (Fiber project of 80 MTPD) as a construction manager - mechanical handling planning & execution of piping & structural fabrication & erection, rotary & static (heavy equipment) equipment erection in ISBL and OSBL, Dense phase conveying system.
In addition to above I was involved in following activities:
„« Detailed Engineering
„« Piping & equipment layouts finalization
„« Specification finalization
„« MTO preparation & material procurement
„« Commercial aspects with contractors & vendors
„« Pre-commissioning & Commissioning of the plant

* Erection & Commissioning of CP-5 Project (POY plant of 60 MTPD)

In all of the above projects the entire piping work includes DOW, IBR and critical jacketed piping, fabrication & erection work got completed in record time as per the planning.

2) Worked with M/S SIMON CARVES INDIA LTD., as a Construction Engineer (Piping) from 1983 to 1985 at its following sites:
* ONGC, Uran: Fabrication & erection of the piping for Crude Stabilization & LPG unit Projects.
* Bharat Petroleum Refinery, Mumbai: Fabrication and erection of heater for the crude & vacuum unit including its internal piping, conviction box and burner. Fabrication and erection of 60 Mtrs. Height stage in two pieces including its refractory works.
* Nhava Sheva Yard Site: Fabrication of N2 jacket for ONGC off-shore project. Also fabrication of main deck and helideck as per off-shore piping code.

All the above jobs were executed in Co-ordination with M/s EIL, ONGC and Mazgaon Dock Ltd., and under their inspection.

3) Worked with M/S TECHNIP ENGINEERING CO., France during 1982 as General Foreman. I was the complete in-charge for Blow-down unit of NLG Refinery project of Basara in Iraq.

4) From 1977 to 1982 worked with M/S SIMON CARVES INDIA LTD., as piping foreman at the following sites:

The job included fabrication, erection, site inspection of piping.
* Crude, Vacuum, Merox unit of Gujrat Refinery Expansion Project, Baroda
* Fabrication and erection of main plant piping and utility piping for the Indian Dye Stuff plant, Boisar, Tarapur, Distt. ¡V Thane.
* Fabrication and erection of lead line piping, erection of glass line vessels and glass piping for highly explosive unit of "Ordiance factory" of Kirkee, Pune. At this site I have also experienced Ceramic piping works.
* Fabrication, erection and commissioning of ETP (EffluentTreatment Plant) piping and 900 TPD ammonia plant piping at RCF ltd. Trombay V Project.
* Erection and commissioning of 400 TPD Sulphuric Acid Plant at GSFC, Baroda.

5) From 1976 to 1977 worked with M/S ENGINEERING CONSTRUCTION CORPORATION (ECC) as piping supervisor. The job included fabrication, erection and inspection of piping works of G.O.P project, IPCL, Baroda.

6) From 1973 to 1976 with M/S DODSAL PVT. LTD. As a trainee engineer and promoted junior Engineer in 1974.
* The job included the shop fabrication, site erection and inspection of piping of calandria walts, MAIN STEAM line from Atomic reactor to turbine building for Rajasthan atomic Power Project (RAPP II), Kota. The job was executed in co-operation with the department of Atomic Energy and under their inspection.
* During training period worked in design office, project planning & detail engineering, preparation of isometric from GA drawings, as built drawings material take off.
