* Responsible for global and detail design of the six-legged BWA substructure.

TURKMENISTAN BLOCK 1 PROJECT – for Petronas
Detailed design of steel GBS for the development of Magtymguly field in 62m water depth.

* As a specialist on a short-term assignment to the project, developed procedure for and carried out Performance Based Non-linear Time-history Earthquake Analysis of GBS.

The development consists of Float-over Gas Compression and other minor platforms in east coast of Nigeria.

TRINIDAD PROJECT – for TOTALFINAELF/BHPB
The development consists of 4 Wellhead platforms and a Central Production platform in 108 to 164 feet of water and in Seismic Zone 4.

* As a structural lead of a wellhead platform, was responsible for the platform design and deliverables from FEED to Detailed Design.
* Responded to Certifying Verification Authority and liaised with other disciplines and Client.

ZHAO DONG PROJECT – for Apache China
Detailed design of 2 platforms located in an icy and earthquake prone Bohai Bay of China.

* Responsible for in-place, load out, earthquake and transportation analyses of the topside.
* In-place analysis considered the effects of differential thermal loading.
* Earthquake analysis had added complexity due to large 10,000-ton fluid storage tanks.

BOHAI BAY DEVELOPMENT – for Kerr McGee China
Conceptual design of Water Injection Platform located in Bohai Bay of China.

* Presented weight and cost comparisons of such concepts as monopod, tripod and caisson with a tripod base. Ice loadings and ice fatigue were major governing criteria.
