Generation of power plant layout drawings for turbine building and boiler building by using advanced CAD software.

Review of P&ID with respect to system along with standards, system description and vendor specification.
Conversant with EIL, ASME and ANSI standards.
Site visit to study the existing plant system for optimization and up gradation and to solve the site quires by preparing hand sketches and drawings as suit to the site conditions.
Working in specialized software's like Engineering /Technical /drawing documentation. These are all interlinked with each other i.e., power track application.
Working in 3D software PLANT VISION like PDS. This is for to route the pipe and pull the ISO drawings with compleate technical specifications.
Interference checking in 3D model with existing facilities to avoid fouling.
Generated composite/stringing drawings for the Construction group.
Extracted isometric drawings using ISOGEN software.
Review of vendor drawings and markup the comments.
* Performed to prepare the check lists for system reviews and deliverables with hold items.

BLACK&VEATCH (Aug2005 – Present)
Worked on some aboveground system study, layouts, critical and non critical systems for the spring field Project.
Performed the complete underground piping on the coal fired spring field (300MW) Project.
Working with the Pipe Support group to familiars and train on their work process.
Performed task assignments for specified systems like condensate piping, closed cycle cooling water and fuel gas systems for Samara (300MW) project.
Presently working on some aboveground system study, below ground, layout, critical, non critical system pipe routing and pipe support modeling for the JK SPRUCE (750MW) Project.
Responsible for scheduling the jobs in the plant from the order stage to the ship outs.
Finalized equipment locations and general arrangement drawings for assigned units.
Carrying out the study work for final equipment layout and modeling activities
Finalized floor drains and cleanouts for various buildings.
Reviewed inter disciplinary clashes, model tracking, isometric index, and design reviews.

FLsmidth Ltd (Aug 2004 to July 2005)
Designing of special pipe supports and various piping related components.
Review pipe supports of client models in Auto cad.
Responsible for scheduling the jobs in the plant from the order stage to the ship outs.
Resolve product issues with Engineering.
Performed fabrication and structural detailing drawings.

Involves Reverse engineering (we went to the site and get the required information for layout and to clear the issues.)
