April 2001: Graduated with Diploma of Photogrammetrist Done in the National Institute of Cartography and Remote Sensing (INCT), Military Institute in Algeria.

April 1999: Graduated with Diploma of Senior Technician in Geodesic Sciences and Topography Works Done in the National Center of Spatial Techniques. In Algeria - (CNTS)
June 1993: Baccalaureate, Techniques Mathematics.

Professional Experience

December 2005- Present:
Worked as CARTOGRAPHER for (SONATRACHANADARKO) association in
Algeria.
My Two years experience in this Oil and Gas Company includes the following:
* Direct and supervises the activities of cartography unit in producing maps (Subsurface structure and Topographical), charts, graphs, diagrams.
* Direct the production of maps and diagrams from basic data, surveys, freehand sketches, notes or verbal instructions includes production of contour and maps, logging curves, core description and cross section of wells, composite logs. Taking the aesthetic part into consideration.
* Ensure production on time and as per originator's requests and professional cartographic standards.
* Offers guidance to subordinates on production of such maps.
* Scanning & digitizing.
* PowerPoint presentations
* Report generation: in paper and digital (PDF) format
* Responsible on the Laser printers and plotters (fixing their problem and purchasing spare parts).

August 2005- December 2005:
Worked as Transmission gas pipeline Supervisor for (SONELGAZ)
Electricity and Gas Company, (Department of Engineering Gas) in Algeria
* Supervises the implantation of proposed gas pipeline out of the construction.
* Production of as-built Maps.
* Surveying and production the Alignment Sheets, Profile, Location Map…, for proposed gas pipelines.

January 2003 – July 2005:
Land Surveyor for an Engineering Design Office and Pipeline Construction
(BEREM)

* Produce the surveys and implantation for oil and gas pipelines, (MEDGAZ Ø48", 543 km length) using advanced methods and instruments such as total station Sokkia, Leica TC 407, Ashtech GPS,GARMIN GPS
* Surveying and production the alignment sheets, profile…, for more than 1700 km transmission pipelines in Algeria.
* Geographical information systems (GIS) using ARCGIS 9 software for (SONELGAZ company) gas distribution department.

September 2001 – January 2003: Photogrammetrist for the National Institute of Cartography and Remote Sensing (INCT), Military Institute in Algeria.

* Very good Stereoscopic vision.
* Good use of the analogical, analytic and digital streoplotters (WILD B8s, Zeiss Planicomp P33, Leica SD2000 Stereoplotter, Digital Work Station to:
Prepare orientations: interior, relative and absolute, based on the stereo preparation and aero-triangulation points.
Product the topographical maps (1/50000, 1/25000) using the 1/60000 aerial photographs.
Create the 1/1000 digital maps for the land registry using the 1/4000 aerial photographs.
Product 1/5000 Orthophotos.

August 1999 – September 2001: Land Surveyor for an Engineering Design Office.
