5. Preparation and implementation of detailed maintenance work procedures and practices based on equipments and productions.

6. Initiated and implemented the best machinery lubrication practices in IPCL.

7. Coordinated major overhauls with OEM or equivalent of big equipments like steam turbine, gas turbine, HRSG, Cracker furnace, Reciprocating and centrifugal compressors, Multi-stage pumps, exchanger/vessels etc.

8. Awareness, Implementation and audit of the Company's Quality, Health, Safety and Environment Management System (ISO 9001, ISO 140001 and OHSAS 18001).

9. Identification, preparation and implementation of appropriate Reliability improvement tools depending upon requirements like PMO, PdM, RCA, FMECA, Best practices, Checklist, LLFS, Maintenance Safety audits, Risk analysis etc.

10. Acted as a core member of ¡* Reliability enhancement plan of Critical Rotating Machines by reviewing their Alarm, Trip set points and/or related logics¡¨.

15. Managed the maintenance functions of integrated wastewater treatment plant of 410 M3/Hr capacity of Indian Petrochemical Co.

16. Carried out OEM spare substitution for Gas turbine's panel pack air inlet filter to save foreign money without hitting the reliability of equipments.

17. Coordinated the project for IPCL with M/S Chiyoda Corporation, Japan for erection / commissioning activities of combined cycle cogeneration captive power plant (85 MW) of IPCL. The plant configured 3 Nos GE, Germany make gas turbines, 3 Nos high pressure (106 kg/cm2g, 510 deg.C) heat Recovery steam generator of Bulcke_Durr Germany, 1 No Siemens make Steam turbine, Fuel gas and oil receiving-handling-treatment facilities, PRDS and all auxiliaries.

18. Coordinated project with M/S Jacob H&G for 7 bays gantry for Propane/LPG Unloading & Propylene loading facility. It comprised co-ordination for procurement, erection and commissioning of Dresser-Rand reciprocating compressors, unloading arms, hydrocarbon piping, fire protection system and other auxiliaries.
