ƒæ In the Sultanate of Oman for Towell Al Zawra Engineering Services Co. LLC ¡V From May 2006 to till date

Project: The Scope of Work includes Engineering, Procurement, Installation, Precommissioning and Commissioning Services for the development of the Extension & Rehabilitation of the Water Supply & Power Generation at Masirah.

Client: Rural Area Electricity Co. (RAECO, Oman)
Consultant: M/s Energo Projects Entel LLC

RO Plant Erection & Commissioning:

ľ Erection of Equipments.
ľ Commissioning of Equipments.
ľ Piping

RO - Plant: The RO module is designed to give output of 20.83 m3/hr at an average recovery rate of 33%.

Erection & Commissioning of Rotating Equipment: KHD made Diesel Generator Set type BVM 540 of 3136kW along with all auxiliaries and accessories (such as Combustion Air System, Exhaust System, Cooling System, Fuel System, etc.) shall be relocated from Mudairib Power Station to Masirah Plant. It also includes following scheme.

ľ Relocation of Diesel Tank
ľ Refurbishment of all bearings
ľ All other related works (Mechanical and Electrical).

Water Intake System: Two Sea Water Intake Pipes 450mm diameter, laid in the trench, excavated in the sea. MOC of pipe is HDPE in accordance with BS 6437.

Transmission Pipeline: New Transmission Pipeline shall serve to transport the product water from Desalination Plant to the new Service Water Reservoir.
ľ The pipeline shall be made of ductile iron DN300mm pipes, suitable for pressure of 10 bars in
Compliance with ISO 2531 / BS EN 545.
ľ Length of transmission pipeline is 2.2 Km.

Distribution Network for Al Mendasa: The expansion of the Distribution Network to this area is included in the scope of the works of this Project.
The network shall be made of HDPE pipes suitable for pressure at 10 bars in compliance with BS 6572:1985, 6733:1986 and CP 312

Main duties of pipeline works:
- Defining the detailed scope of work (SOW) for piping engineering and design for projects. Once the SOW is defined, developing the progress plan, staffing, scheduling, monitoring and controlling phases of projects.
- Reviewing and interpreting Piping Engineering and Design requirements for proposals and for project execution as directed by the Lead Piping Engineer.
- Establishing the Piping Engineering and Design criteria on projects and being capable of augmenting such if the Client does not have a well-defined Design Basis.
- Estimating work volume, man-hour requirements, and working budget for Piping Engineering and Design on projects and proposals.
- Monitoring and controlling the Piping Engineering and Design schedules, budgets and progress in line with the established project policies and procedures.
- Reviewing incorporates and cross-checks with other disciplines as appropriate, Piping Engineering and Design information contained in vendor data and drawings as well as specifications, drawings, calculations, all other technical documents to ensure conformity with the client's specifications and requirements (or ensures that they are done).
- Ensuring that Piping Engineering and Design material requirements and identification thereof, interface properly with the established materials management (including coding) system on projects.

Project: Supply and installation of 200m3/day replacement desalination plant and other associated work at Sheesha ¡V Musandam Governate.
