Recently I am working as ¡* Lead Production Specialist¡¨ with ¡* Hanover Services G.B Ltd. An Exterran Group Company¡¨ at Jamshoro LPG and NGL Extraction Facility in the Sindh Province of Pakistan. This turnkey project is the Largest LPG Extraction Plant in Pakistan processing over 200 MMscfd of natural gas. The plant produces in excess of 450-metric tons of LPG and 150-metric tons of NGL per day while extracting 99% of propane.
Since July.2002 to Jan.2005
PRODUCTION TECHNICIAN (DCS OPERATOR)
Bhit Gas Field Plant produces 270 MMscfd Natural Gas for its client SSGCL using the state of the art technology Cryogenic process for removal of 18 % Nitrogen in raw Gas. The main processing Plant is configured as 2x50% identical Trains having design capacity of 135 MMscfd each. Plant Control is DCS based designed by ABB.
Plant control is designed by ABB ADVANT -OCS-450 & AC-800 M.
April 1998 to July 2002
PLANT OPERATOR, DCS OPERATOR (Ammonia)
Plant produces 1350 MTPD DAP, 1670 MTPD Urea & 1270 MTPD Ammonia.
I have been involved in Punch Listing, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning, and Start- Up activities of Ammonia Plant designed by BECHTEL, USA. Plant Control is DCS based designed by Baily Infi 90.
