Central Production Facility and Tank Farm:
Receiving crude from different gathering stations, boot and free water knock out tank, de-hydration tank. De-salination tank, produced water tank, skimmer tank, storage tank, emulsion treatment by electrostatic heater-treater, demulsifier injection pumps. injection rate calculation, de-salting crude through electric desalters, crude transfer pumps LACT (Least Automotive Custody transfer) unit, water injection pumps, LACT meter proving, shipping pumps, trouble shooting as per cause and effect logics, operation of diesel generator, compressors, pumps and fire water pumps, PLG launching receiving, equipments, emergency procedures etc., conversant in handling crude stabilization unit. Vacuum separator, vacuum compressors.
Oil and Gas Gathering Stations:
Operation and control of wells through different headers for optimum production. Oil manifolds, gas lift manifolds, surge tanks, separators (Two/Three Phase) de-hydration tanks, water disposal pumps, crude transfer pumps, chemical injection, gas and oil line pigging operations, well testing. Gas compressors, inter-stage scrubbers, gas treatment, glycol contactors, glycol regeneration unit, gas export, routine sampling of oils, gas glycol and condense. Isolation & De-isolation of equipments, vessels and tanks for maintenance. Gas testing, mechanical & electrical isolation, procedures and co-ordination with maintenance crew, troubleshooting and reporting.
Worked in Oil degassing stations. Possess knowledge about start up / shut down of 3 Phase separators (Prod's & test) water treatment plant. Free water knock out tanks and Centrifugal pump (Horizontal & Vertical) screw Pump, Reciprocating Pumps. Water Injection Plant Operations:
Electrical Submersible Pump - Reda (Vsd)
Worked in water injection plants involving water supply wells with submersible pumps (Variable speed drive REDA pumps) water injection, disposal wells. Also carried out Millipore Test for water TSS. Flow, Pressure adjustment according to the operation necessity, Trouble shooting, Reporting operation abnormalities of the water injection system, Daily report preparation.
Gas Compression and Gas Plant Operation
Worked in gas gathering stations, gas compression facilities, gas plant etc., handled different types of gas compressors (Reciprocation and Centrifugal) sweet gas purging of H2S gas compressors., isolation & de-isolation of compressors, heat exchangers etc. Gas plant operations, free water knockout drums, degassing vessels, glycol regeneration unit, operation of propane compressors, propane chilling unit, propane chillers, exchangers, flash separators, NGL storage tank.
Well Head Operations:
Inspections and operations of Christmas tree and flow line check-ups for leaks, flow line flushing jobs, pig or scrapper launching & handover wells to well services for perforation, acid jobs, wire line operations such as coil tubing drift run. SSV & SSSV
operations, well head panel operations, flow line choke changing, STHP, FTHP, well equalizing, annulus pressure bleeding, safety valve testing etc.
Offshore Production:
Well experienced in offshore production installations and rigs Well testing, well completion, well actuation, choke and kill manifold. start-up and shutdown procedures, control room operation. Emergency procedures, water injections, gas compressions, oil shipment, chemical injection etc.
Artificial Lift System:
Operation of high-pressure gas injection system, high pressure gas injection vessels. Operation of artificial gas lift wells (Intermittent and continuous lift) operation of gas lift compressors, casing de-pressurizing, water lift manifolds, water lift pumps etc.
Utilities:
Well experienced in utility operations such as generator, utility and instrumentation air compressors, centrifugal pumps, and piston pumps. Water treatment plant, process wastewater treatment plant, raw water treatment, sewage water and effluent.
Handling of Hazardous chemicals:
Oil and Gas Corrosion inhibitor, Demulsifiers and Anti-foam.
Water injection Corrosion inhibitor, Anti-scale. Oxygen scavenger, Polyelectrolyte, Biocides.
Fully conversant with all chemical dosage adjustment as per the PPM requirements depending upon the production and the injection rates. Involved Operations of Electro chlorination systems for water injections.
Field Duties & Responsibilities as a process Operator:
„« Carry out process operations a assigned by control room operation for the
Smooth running of the plant.
„« Routine check up of all stationary and rotary equipment in the unit.
„« Monitoring and recording of hourly reading such pressure temperature.
Level and All other parameters
„« All abnormalities has to be noted and reported to the control room.
„« Take parting start up and shutdown actives of all process system.
„« Looking after the activities at storage facilities and loading sections.
„« Take care while carry out Hot work or Cold work inside the plant and check all.
„« Jobs are doing as per procedure.
„« Watch out for good house keeping of field.
„« Conduct periodical checking of the location and status of the fire and safety equipment along with related person.
