2) From January 2003 to August 2004
Company: Artson Engineering Pvt.Ltd;Chembur,Mumbai
Position:NDT Engineer.
Client:- BPCL, HPCL, Gardha Chemicals & Fertilisers.
Duties: Plan, schedule and supervise executing of quality systems for Petroleum, industrial and power generation companies

ã Examing the test results and preparation of inspection reports writing for Submission to the project owners Inspection Team.

ã Interpretation of radiographs films with reference to various applicable International Codes, Standard, Clients Specifications.

ã Inspection for welding of shop fabricated piping spools and ultrasonic flaw detection of structural welds and pipe welds.

ã Trouble Shooting of Technical Problems encountered during or after carrying out the NDT.

ã Preparing various NDT procedures to meet the client specific job Requirements.

ã Review of Quality Documents, Test Reports & Test Procedures.

ã Coordination with the client & Third Party Inspection Agencies for inspection related Activities & for timely inspection.

ã Material Inspection and its documentation.

ãIPCL: Inspection of a Floating Roof Tanks (50mtr.dia) and other Site erected Storage Tanks for IPCL.
